FrontSpin is built by people who clearly understand real outbound operations. It is reliable, fast, and easy for reps to use daily. From a technical side, the API is well documented, consistent, and flexible enough to support real reporting and automation without workarounds. Customer support is strong, responsive, and actually helpful when you need to go deep.

**What do you dislike about FrontSpin?**

There are areas where reporting customization could be more self-service and require less external tooling. Some advanced workflows still require engineering effort, but this is expected at scale and is not a blocker. The important part is that FrontSpin is actively working on this. They ship weekly updates, deliver larger improvements on a monthly cadence, and communicate clearly around what is coming and when. There is a real and reliable delivery timeline, not vague promises.

I think FrontSpin is a big help when it comes to dialing. It's easy to use and provides a fast and reliable response rate. I haven't experienced lagging or getting stuck like with other web dialers. It gives me timely information and a clear voice when talking to potential clients. I value the dialer feature the most.

I faced issues during the initial setup of FrontSpin as it got stuck all the time. It was laggy, slow, and occurred sometimes during the day.

**What do you like best about FrontSpin?**

Since we moved to FrontSpin, our call activity and connect rates have gone up significantly.  Also their AI features are great.  It was very easy to get started. New reps were able to learn it right away, and as an outsourcer managing multiple clients, the RevOps team likes the APIs so we can have detailed reports for our customers.

**What do you dislike about FrontSpin?**

There’s really not much to complain about. It works well overall. I’d just like to see more integration options added over time.

**What problems is FrontSpin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FrontSpin keeps our connect rates strong and our reps consistent. We’re spending less time fixing system issues or dealing with manual work, and more time actually talking to prospects every day.  Also our client reporting is second to none.

**What do you like best about FrontSpin?**

I've used every dialer in the B2B market and still work with clients that use them all and NONE of them come close to the connect rates that Frontspin delivers. 

The user interface is simple and effective. This dialer is not designed to look cute for your sales reps. It's designed to get them into conversations becasue more conversations equals more pipeline and more pipeline equals more revenue. 

Their support team is unmatched as well. They are hands on when it comes to onboarding, implementing, and ongoing enablement. 

I recommend this tool to someone daily!

Do yourself a favor and try it out.

FrontSpin enables us to make hundreds of calls per day, customize emails, leave voicemails, create playbooks, and integrate seamlessly with our other technologies such as SFDC.   The dialer is fast and user-friendly, offering tremendous flexibility to meet all of our client's individual needs.  As we use FrontSpin across multiple clients, their support has been outstanding.   Unlike other companies with frequent staff changes, we've worked with the same support team for five years, allowing them to know us well and quickly assist us in achieving our goals.

Every single day my SDRs struggle with Frontspin glitches. Contacts get misplaced overnight, contacts jump from one step of a cadence to another with no reason, recently an outage deleted the majority of cadences across our company. This had huge impact to our metrics and our bottom line. Naturally, bugs are to be expected with software but the support team has been nonexistent during the crisis their poorly made software created.

Also, the tasks features are counterintuitive to use and don't adequately fill their function as reminders. I'd never use this software again and strongly recommend you don't either.

We need a dialer that functions, Frontspin debatably solves this problem.

Frontspin is an exceptional tool that has completely transformed lead generation and the SDR role. With its incredible feature set and user-friendly interface, it has become one of the best solutions in the market. The technical support provided by Frontspin is unmatched. I was blown away by their responsiveness and willingness to provide hands-on assistance to help me set up my entire system and integrate it with Salesforce.

One of the standout features of Frontspin is their multi-level sorting of dialing lists. This feature has made it easy for me to prioritize leads and manage customer interactions. I never feel overwhelmed or inundated with data, thanks to the seamless organization and filtering of information in Frontspin.

What's more, the tool is incredibly intuitive, making it straightforward for me to navigate and use regularly. It's an immensely satisfying experience when software is this well-designed, and Frontspin manages to achieve that balance beautifully.

I can say with certainty that Frontspin is one of the best tools I have used as an owner of a lead generation company and as an SDR. The one significant issue that pestered us was that during power dialing, Frontspin only dialed one number on the call record, disregarding the rest of the listed numbers. We would love to use this function, but not hitting all the numbers is no good. 

I would say having one down fall is not bad compared to all the other tools in the market!

Frontspin helped me with many things. The biggest was getting everything setup from the ground up when I started my business. I had no idea how to get things properly integrated and running and they had no problem spending hours on in with me to ensure it worked just as we needed it to.

Our sales team has been using Frontspin, and we like how it integrates very well with Salesforce. All the data in Salesforce appears on  Frontspin with an option for personalization. It's very user-friendly. The reps can dial, log what happened, disposition, set a task, and go to the next call on one page, making the job easier and more efficient.

It is best in all aspecta but what i liked most is Streamline workflow and increase quality lead generation with account-based Playbooks. Set priority call and email lists, cadence, message delivery and social communication.

Some time you can not see data which you saved but it is completely recoverable. Software will get slow sometimes.. Need to work on interfaces and data management

Outside of making phone calls and emails, FrontSpin also allows you to use Social steps in your playbooks. With FrontSpin SMS, you can quickly read and respond to incoming SMS messages and have them automatically logged to FrontSpin & your CRM.

Frontspin has the most user-friendly interface. It helped me a lot, especially when taking calls, I never had any problems. It made my life easier eversince the day I started.

So far, so good; it has never failed me since day one. It is one of the best tools for sales that I can recommend to my friends and colleague. I never had any regrets about using this tool.

**What do you like best about FrontSpin?**

For a team of 8 BDRs in North America and EMEA FrontSpin was the best fit out of (3) technologies we demoed (up against Salesforce's Lightning Dialer and Orum Power + Parallel dialing). FrontSpin's admin functionality is good, since I can load email sequences and call lists for the reps in the same tool with Salesforce reports. In 30 days this team 4x their outbound call and email volume, plus our Salesforce data entry is better and faster.

**What do you dislike about FrontSpin?**

The setup does take some time, so if you're doing the implementation as an Inside Sales Manager or Sales ops person make sure your team knows you'll need the space to do this right.

**What problems is FrontSpin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calling IT Managers, Directors, VPs of Information Technology, and Data Center engineers/ IT budget holders. These folks can be difficult to get ahold of; with manual dialing you may only talk to 2 prospects per day. With the FrontSpin dialer we could talk to 10-15 prospects per day. The BDR still has to warm up, be relevant/ contextual, and convert the calls in to interest, then interest into meetings.

All of your call history and recordings are easily accessible. Notes attached to each call are also convenient and nice to see. It makes it super easy to pick up conversations with prospects right were you left off.

I can't think of anything off the top of my head. I have come from other forms of calling and I prefer frontspin 1000 times. If there were a way to do email sequencing, then it would truly have it all.

I would recommend using it. Especially with an integration to Sales Force, you can't go wrong!

It automatically synchronizes dial lists with salesforce reports. That means you can keep your dial lists evergreen and regularly updated as new leads qualify under the conditions you set.

**What do you dislike about FrontSpin?**

I dislike the very clunky UI and lack of email features. You can technically send emails through the platform, but there are so many issues we ended up paying for a totally different email platform. One major issue is that if there's an issue with a field like {{FirstName}}, it'll send the email anyways, whereas other platforms would prevent the email from sending.

FrontSpin allowed us to have a robust program where we passed dial lists to SDRs/BDRs without unnecessary work for either of us. It was a very streamlined workflow.

Frontspin is pretty user-intuitive and easy to use. Every platform will have its kinks, etc., so what I love and appreciate is the support staff that seems to be on call for my business needs/concerns. Anytime I have an issue, there's no real wait time or anything - I'm usually assisted, and my issues resolved within minutes.

**What do you dislike about FrontSpin?**

One issue is dialing out sometimes - like it will ring once then go to dead air on more than one record, but that is an easy fix, and their support team helps you resolve it in minutes (it doesn't happen often)

It automates the dialing process for us - There is so much more the platform offers, but we use a small portion in our company - mainly for dialing & maintaining campaigns.

**What do you like best about FrontSpin?**

I was in search of an autodialer to accelerate my outbound outreach as a one-man shop dialing numbers off spreadsheets. When looking for an autodialer I came across a few options. FrontSpin's ease of use won that competition hands down. FrontSpin includes more functionality for less money than PhoneBurner, one of its competitors. You get a softphone by default with FrontSpin. While they recommend using the softphone over a hard-wired internet connection, I've had success using it with Bluetooth headphones over a Wi-Fi connection that is only being used by FrontSpin. If I have something else streaming, the connection can be questionable.

Perhaps my favorite FrontSpin feature is the voicemail drop. It automates one of the most repetitive tasks involved in this job. You can pre-record voicemails and drop them after the beep to leave a message without you needing to be on the call still. This saves valuable seconds on each call, adding up to a ton of saved time throughout the day. Another exciting feature of FrontSpin is how you can create playbooks. Playbooks queue leads to be called a certain number of days apart, setting up a cadence for outreach. I have mine set to a total of 5 contact attempts, scheduled 5 business days apart.

I've also been pleasantly surprised by how nice FrontSpin is to use as a makeshift CRM. I love the contact history that shows call dispositions, call recordings, and days between contact attempts all in one place. I do not have Salesforce or another CRM already, so FrontSpin has allowed me to create a comprehensive, searchable database of all of my lead. No longer do I have to switch between spreadsheets to find where a lead came from.

On top of all that, FrontSpin support has humans you can actually speak to when you have a problem. A rare and treasured thing in this day in age.

**What do you dislike about FrontSpin?**

The useless notifications tab. I don't have a Salesforce account so my notifications tab is nothing but Salesforce connection errors. It's definitely a bug of some type. Luckily FrontSpin's main functionality doesn't seem to be impacted by bugs.

I'm solving the problem of dialing slowly, with much inertia, using manual methods. So far I have been able to reach out to more people in less time, resulting in more meetings per week.

**What do you like best about FrontSpin?**

Frontspin's best features are its speed and versatility. The platform allows you to take a multichannel approach with email, call, and LinkedIn outreach. As a high volume outbound SDR, I find the speed at which it allows you to move through a list to be the most important and helpful feature. 

You can also take it slow if you'd like, building out custom lists with segmented customers. I support several campaigns at a time, so it's important to keep things separate.

**What do you dislike about FrontSpin?**

Frontspin tends to be buggy at times; this is not an issue for the most part. One key issue I would point out is that to mark the disposition of a conversation, you have to pause the automatic dialing feature. This slows things down. Additionally, if you take notes on a conversation without marking the disposition, they disappear.

**What problems is FrontSpin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frontspin allows me to manage outbound outreach across multiple campaigns. I can switch easily between multiple and return to old conversations to listen back.

Sometimes leads lists are locked and unable to dial by a certain date. Im still confused on the process of locking leads list for a certain amount of time. All lists should be available at all times or the process of setting up these date locked leads should be simplified.

Front spin allows you to call many contacts and sort through leads that are either bad numbers or out of date. I believe this is the most valuable quality of front spin is the ability to identify bad leads.

**What do you like best about FrontSpin?**

The tool itself has a clean look and is easily customizable. It integrates and syncs seamlessly with our CRM (Salesforce). The UI is even faster than Salesforce and does not need to reload after every change. The Power Dialer and the Contact History are the signature features, both easy to navigate and set up. With Europe as our main market we needed some customization to work efficiently. FrontSpin committed to these changes and delivered on-time. Last but certainly not least, their Sales, Product and Customer Success Teams provided and still provide us with every support we need. They reach out to us pro-actively, and continue to implement feature requests.

**What do you dislike about FrontSpin?**

There is nothing to dislike on the user-side, apart from some minor features which we cannot use in Europe for now (e.g. customer time zone recognition). Our two major pain points were consistent inbound lead follow-up and outbound calling. FrontSpin's playbooks (or cadences) allow us to automatically load inbound leads into a sequence of steps. Reps don't have to manually plan the follow-up anymore. They simply check the cadence if there are any due calls or emails and follow along. Before FrontSpin, reps received Salesforce reports with outbound leads to contact. Opening one lead after another, waiting for it to load, calling, taking notes, going back to the list, selecting the next one, repeat... That was our process before FrontSpin. Now, we simply create a List in FrontSpin and people start the Power Dialer to go through all the Leads, not wasting any time with going back and forth anymore. Some reps hit 60 calls in one hour. Mostly because a "no answer" call doesn't waste your time. No answer? No problem! You just dial the next Lead within seconds.

This tool is a beast and I have only been using the power dialer. It has let me put together more calls and kept me moving FAST. I am sold on the power and the way that focuses on getting people on calls ASAP. 

The voicemail drop is amazing and lets me leave a message without needing to wait on the line. Answering machine starts, I just click a quick button and I am dialling the next number!

I like the way that it integrates and works with Salesforce because it takes out half the time for me to log calls. It's also really easy to blow through a list super quick. I also really like the email templates and how easy it is. There's an extension that's built into the browser as well that makes dialing super easy with just the click of a button. That button is alongside any number in salesforce, in emails, or anywhere in my browser that makes it easier to dial quickly. There's a lot of functionality that makes my job a lot easier!

WIFI CALLING!!! When we started to work from home the call quality was terrible. There's been a number of times that Frontspin has dropped and calls cut in and out, and the software isn't usable. It doesn't happen very often, but when it does it is a huge pain having to call from my cell phone and log calls in Salesforce manually.

I really liked how simple FrontSpin is to use and get started. You are able to set-up PlayBooks and dial away. Not only that, you do not need to import phone numbers into the system, you can just enter in whichever number you want it to show whether that's your cell, work number or company phone, etc.

First and foremost, the support team is TOP NOTCH. Questions are answered same day and there is unlimited training and onboarding for new users. You can go through training refershers as often as you want. Not common by todays software standard. Frontspin makes it super easy to separate your leads into lists and reach out to them. The secret sauce is the dialer though. You can load up all of your leads that have tasks due for a call that day and it will dial them one by one until you are done. It is LEAP and BOUNDS faster than having my reps manually dial each and every lead one by one. It even brings you direct to the record of the person your calling so you can leave notes and log the call all at the same time. Its super simple to get your leads into frontspin with many options and methods to choose from.

From a functionality side, there is not much that i would say that I dislike. The tool does what it needs to and that is make my reps more productive. If I had to offer some constructive criticism it would be around the UI of the product. It sometime feels outdated and plain. However, with the product being super responsive and fast i understand there are tradeoffs with that

The integration with physical phones. The way it does it is by "bridging" to the physical phone, so I have to pick up the call to dial out. This is an extra step I didn't have to do before with my previous click-to-dial solution. I'm guessing FrontSpin would be easier to use with a softphone and a computer headset.

The tool is meant to increase efficiency and speed for SDRs, but I don't think it's made me much faster. I never felt like logging a call took such a long amount of time that it was slowing me down previous to the implementation of FrontSpin. And that's virtually the only thing FrontSpin does for me — logging calls automatically. It doesn't even sync with Salesforce properly sometimes if the phone number is associated with multiple records, which slows me down further, since I have to look up the random record it logged a call on, delete it, then log a call on the record I actually called. We are also using FrontSpin to send emails and mass mailers, but it logs a copy of the message in my email client, unlike sending emails directly through Salesforce. I find it easier to not deal with tons of mass emails in my email's sent folder, so I avoid using FrontSpin's email function. It staggers the sending of mass mailers, which requires patience when dealing with large lists. I find the creation process for lists to be counterintuitive so I haven't played around much with this feature on my own.
