I really like features which helps with easy customization of documents My favourite is an E-signature feature that is not commonly found on other platforms. I can easily export and share my files, and uploadmy documents straightforward. I Can set reminders for my various tasks and deadlines. **What do you dislike about FormSwift?** As a free user i get very limited features for free users, including no ability to download or print documents. The customer service I went through is one of the best! I was connected to a person who helped me in not only arrange my documents in a systematic manner but also stayed with me till the end of the process i.e. printing of those documents. This made me incline towards this platform. **What do you dislike about FormSwift?** There are numerous tries made by FormSwift to perform sales activities with tons of calls, texts and more which makes it really annoying and unpreferable at times. Having over 500 templates to choose from, catering to both personal and business. However, my absolute favourite feature has to be the e-signature capability, it's a game changer for anyone who values efficiency. The intuitive and user-friendly UI streamlines tasks, such as exporting data and sharing files seamlessly, while uploading documents and files on this platform, proves notably, easier compare to other platforms. Overall it's a great platform. **What do you dislike about FormSwift?** Having well curated dynamic features of form Swift is still lacking in many areas. Firstly, there are glaring limitations for free users, we can't even download or print documents. Even after having over 500 templates, the customisation options are still very limited. While having higher subscription price in than other alternatives, the lack of security also raises concerns for me like not having action or two factor authentication. My biggest headache was editing PDF when I deleted text it left behind irritating white spaces. They urgently need to improve the security aspects of a platform as well as polish more on the UI. **What problems is FormSwift solving and how is that benefiting you?** From Swift offers one-stop solution for all my document needs, consolidated relevant features into seamless experience. To hire a lawyer or firm can be quite expensive for even basic forms. I like that FormSwift offers a large number of common legal documents that can be properly formatted for specific states. To fill in information is easy with a step-by-step wizard that walks us through the form to really help ensure that no mistake are made. The interface is very bare and focuses mostly on the document creation process. **What do you dislike about FormSwift?** Though we can add lot of personal text to the forms, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to modify some of the core text. I like that it's a wizard type of format, but if the FormSwift system can maybe be more flexible and allow us to select any section of the documents, then I think that would work better for me. **Recommendations to others considering FormSwift:** FormSwift may not have all the documents you need, but I think it's worth checking them out to see what is available that may be useful to you. I have found comfort in using their forms, which are updated to meet current legal standards in most all of the United States. I have saved a significant amount of time and energy by using FormSwift instead of hiring a lawyer or writing documents on my own. It basically has two components. First, FormSwift allows you to upload and edit PDFs. The second -- its best feature -- is a large library of document templates for businesses and professionals, such as boilerplate legal and tax documents, employee manuals, and even lesson plans. (Some of the library contains forms for individual use, such as living wills and letters of recommendation). While not quite what our organization was looking for (I initially found FormSwift as a potential PDF editor for staff), it seems most ideal for small companies, entrepreneurs, and start-ups, as it takes a lot of the headache out of locating and creating standard business documents. **What do you dislike about FormSwift?** The PDF editor feature is not ideal, and I have yet to find a PDF editor outside of Adobe Illustrator that easily and smoothly edits PDF documents. For example, erasing text does not delete text in the editor, it simply leaves a white space where previous text was. It does have limited value, for example, with adding components to a document such as an electronic signature (which it does quite nicely). The other thing I don't like about FormSwift is that, at least for now, it is unclear how secure documents are that are stored to the cloud, since some of the templates are tax and legal documents, and may contain sensitive information. Of course this depends on what users do with the template documents: whether they are using them for their own purposes, or simply reusing them as templates. **Recommendations to others considering FormSwift:** FormSwift allows you to create test documents and browse the templates library for free, as well as provides additional resources that may be useful to businesses and professional, such as developing strategic plans. (FormSwift is a fee-based service - see their FAQ). As with any software evaluation, if you can kick the tires, you should. **What problems is FormSwift solving and how is that benefiting you?** We initially researched FormSwift as a potential PDF editor for staff that do not have licenses for Adobe's Creative Suite (since PDFs can be edited in Illustrator). It isn't what we are looking for, but are nonetheless happy to have found FormSwift, because of the templates library. We are small organizations that does many things in-house, and several of the non-legal document templates will certainly come in handy in the course of our work. ### 29.
