## Filecamp Reviews
  ### 1. Perfect Balance of Simplicity, Power, and Affordability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Filecamp is a great mix of organizational power and simplicity!...Oh and affordability! I have looked at a lot of services over the years to help me manage my assets and until I found Filecamp the solutions always lacked important aspects. Is Filecamp the most powerful asset manager out there? No. Does it offer just the exact amount of asset manager power for my company yes! Very simple and pretty intuitive to use. And for all it's great features, the price is right!

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

Well, anything that I want to change about FC is small. I'd love to have a way to show folder icons in my main view with an image on the folder. Right now, if I put a preview image in there, the folder no longer appears to be a folder...its just an image. It would be more intuitive feeling if the image was on the little folder icon

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us keep photo and logo assets for us and our clients organized and accesdible!

  ### 2. Cost-Effective, Easy Image Dissemination with Minor UI Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas W. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

I like that Filecamp is easy to use, particularly on the administrator side where putting everything up is really simple. The downloads happen relatively quickly, which is pretty convenient. I appreciate that it has all the features we need and that it's a very inexpensive solution compared to other products. It's simply a solution that does exactly what we need.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

Some of the user interface is a little clunky. But for the price, it's an excellent trade off.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Filecamp for easy image distribution to customers who can self-service download images for their websites, saving us from extra work. It's easy to use and inexpensive, making administrative tasks straightforward with all needed features.

  ### 3. FileCamp has been excellent,it is intuitive, secure, and professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris D. | Head of Technical Solutions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

My overall experience with FileCamp has been extremely positive, as it is intuitive to use with a simple learning curve, secure with flexible access controls, and very effective for managing files, images, and videos in a professional way that clients find easy to navigate. It didn't take long to get the system implemented and was really easy to do. We've not needed the customer support because the system is so easy to use. So far we use the the system virtually everyday for either sharing, or looking back on past files and recovering them.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

Nothing to dislike, this software ticks all of the boxes for sharing with clients and colleagues in a system that looks bespoke.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to send out multiple emails to fit in large files, or share them through a generic platform like google. We have a system that is bespoke to our company, and our clients, which looks professional, and is secure.

  ### 4. A steady ship

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard W. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

I use Filecamp to manage product approvals. It's simple to navigate and allows me to create easy access for external users. It's particularly good for image storage, providing clear tiles for a number of file types, and good search functions across the various meta data your images might have.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

It would be nice if you could drag and drop files into other folders.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's creating a seamless workflow for our product approvals in licensing, helping us to easily work with numerous licensees, giving them clear communication to complete projects.

  ### 5. Perfect & Budget-friendly File Vault to share files with an ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prasanth G. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

1. Video Player Customization - This feature helps the content creators to maintain consistent identity across all their videos thus improving their brand recognition.
2. Easy User Interface - The product is straightforward to understand the features and need not spend much time on user tutorials. Easy to upload & share material quickly.
3. Customer Support - The support was very instant from the team during our initial days & also gave us a quick resolution with wrong billing.
4. Affordable option in the market.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

1. No proper functionality to inform users about the changes uploaded in the files. No messaging or email options found.
2. Permissions Management - Users often request to edit the files where our emails are bombarded with too many requests. A feature to restrict that would be helpful.
3. No Drag & Drop - It's little tedious to everytime tap on the upload button, instead drag & drop feature would be more helpful.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Filecamp we were able to upload the user tutorials for the newly released features. When we have tech resource crunch this is the best option to keep the users informed about new changes in the application.

  ### 6. Great photo management for the price, good tagging, sharing, etc. File management so-so.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Love the capabilities for filing, tagging, storing, and sharing images, the ability to create collections of items without moving assets from their original folders. We just needed basic photo management without too many bells and whistles, at a decent price, and Filecamp fit the bill.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

Have some problems with the file management, having to drill down from the home folder in order to move files; would be nice if there was drag and drop available, at least within the window one is working in (I guess it would be awesome if it worked like Mac's Finder).

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Filecamp helps us upload and share assets from multiple locations among multiple users and even partners outside our own organization. Allows us to group images into collections and tag them with multiple tags, making searching for images easy and effective.

  ### 7. Simple and easy to use.Very cost effective.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian F. | Prepress Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Being able to send a link to a customer that they can't just click on to upload or download files.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

When customers use the drag and drop feature it doesn't always work for them.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a simple solution to be able to share files with our customers and there is nothing more simple than FileCamp.

  ### 8. Great service for affordable price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Reliable and Fast as always. There has never been a SINGLE problem with Filecamp in almost 2 years. Amazing!

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

PDF previews could be of better quality.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storage of files for customers to download. Kinda like LMS for ebooks, video courses and so on.

  ### 9. Easy to use, feature rich and excellent value for money

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Offers features that are only available MUCH more expensive DAM systems. Excellent storage options, highly customisable and great pricing.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

User interface is not the best, but manageable once you get used to it.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced user requests for assets via email - now users just request access to the DAM and we assign permissions.

  ### 10. Easy to use, and budget friendly.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saad I. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Simple and easy-to-use solution that fits into our budget.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

The UX is outdated, and should be refreshed to represent a modern design.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our customer-facing and dealer-facing content.

  ### 11. Great Product - Makes it easy to share files with customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

I spent several weeks trying to find a product exactly like Filecamp. There are a lot of different file vaults, but only Filecamp met my needs. I needed to create an online file vault with custom permissions that allowed me to share help files, marketing materials, videos, etc with hundreds of our customers. Most other file vaults charge per user, which would not be feasible for our purposes. This is a flat fee and it's branded, very professional, and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

The only thing I'd like to make easier is to allow to share handy web pages or short cuts to existing websites.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

Try it. And upgrade to the pro version to get all of the custom branding and it makes it easy for customers to request access. That alone is worth the price.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to share files with hundreds of our customers. FileCamp made it easy to do that and the branding is so much better. Before we'd share videos on youtube. Never again. In comparison, that is so unprofessional, because youtube has ads and automatically segues to a competitor's video. Filecamp offers a very professional video player and an easy account approval process.

  ### 12. Filecamp is THE best deal for Digital Asset Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Filecamp is very affordable, yet offers a lot of great features. I've been pushing my company to take the plunge into Filecamp for a couple of years. We've looked at other options, but for our needs, they were just too expensive. Filecamp is a great balance of cost effective and power. For our purposes, it's a perfect fit.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

I suggest that metadata is added to the files, before they are uploaded to Filecamp. While there is a method to add it there, it's a little clunky, due to the nature of the web interface. Not really an issue with Filecamp, in my opinion, just doing the right job with the right tool. Add your metadata while still on your desktop application or use a tool like Adobe Bridge to do it right.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a centralized and managed place where digital assets can reside and we can control who has access to what. It's a tool that is used by multiple departments, yet each one can have their own area of control.

  ### 13. Intuitive, easy to use, even for technophobes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Easy--training me to add content took only a brief session that was enjoyable because it works the way you want it to. Now that I have loaded enough content onto our filecamp, I only need share the access and any user can navigate on their own. It is flexible and functional--we can find what we need. It fits a particular need we had for a visual inventory of images.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

My one recommendation would be to reconfigure the search function so it clears for a new search term after every use. As our files get larger, I don't know what I will do when I only have the most generic terms to search by, but so far when those terms are used, the number of files to browse is not unmanageable.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

If you can put it through a test drive, you can see how easy it is to drag and drop files. When setting up, you will want to think of how to organize your files, a trade-off when you are browsing and

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to share images where a quotation is posted over an image in order to reuse the--there might be 100 or more of us interested in recirculating old memes. While still compiling the database I'm pleased to find that I can spot duplicates, usually before they're created, and I can share the database easily even when incomplete. The archive of images reveals that the older themes lack the impact of newer ones.

  ### 14. Better than Dropbox for B2B File Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

I like that I have much more control over the user's experience than something like Dropbox. I can change color schemes with different logos with various templates and change the look of folders and much more. Having the ability to make pages like a web page is also very helpful. We also love the fact that it can be used as a subdomain so user's get a seamless experience with our website and domain name. It's also extremely fast to add a new user as almost all of our users require the same capabilities and the copy method as saved us a good amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

The only item I wish Filecamp would be capable of is to send emails to individual users with updates made in the system or an email update to all users.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

Filecamp provided a much more professional and seamless experience with our domain than Dropbox for an outstanding price.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it primarily as a Dealer Portal for companies that sell our heaters. They can easily access marketing materials, forms, images, logos, and so much more. It's worked extremely well for our Dealers and has accomplished exactly what we were looking for that gave a much more seamless look and feel with our website rather than sending people to a separate file program that does not look professional.

  ### 15. Filecamp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathy B. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

The interface is clean and simple and easy to use. Very easy to learn without having to spend a lot of time figuring it out.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

Bulk invitation feature does not offer a place for an invite message.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

It was the easiest and least expensive of all the ones I reviewed.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of being able to share important files with the sales team.

  ### 16. Need a DAM to get started? This is the one!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Safety | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

We were desperately in need of a DAM, but wanted to avoid the high price tags and complex setup prices. Filecamp gave us the features we needed without complexity or high price.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

It's going to have a lot less features than other DAMs, but if you're looking for something entry level like we were, then that will hardly seem like a loss.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

Widen, Bynder

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to provide our organization better access to our photographic assets. We are making everything more findable and usable by a wide variety of stakeholders.

  ### 17. Fantastic budget Digital Asset Management platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

This software is a fantastic option if you need a budget Digital Asset Management but still with a very professional look and feel. Some of the best features is the granular access control for users, unlimited users (don't have to pay per seat which is a must for us!), and white label branding control.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

The access control for folders and files is not quite granular enough, automatic emails are very limited when it comes to formatting etc, managing users can become complex.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

I don't have any recommendations to others using Filecamp... it is easy to get your head around and set up so I would recommend this if you don't need a proper serious DAM. We use it mainly for sharing with business partners with access control attached to their user accounts. Works amazing for that kind of thing.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier distribution of marketing assets and resources and better support for our global network of business partners and distributors.

  ### 18. Filecamp Simco-Ion Technology Group

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathy O. | Marketing Manager and Event Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Ease of use, functionality, interface are the most helpful and upside.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

Better permissions management might be helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

It was the best I could find on the internet.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing files with Channel Partners, distributors and reps.

  ### 19. Safe and easy access to shared files — a must-have tool for a creative team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

The ability to customize the files thumbnails, label files makes file search super easy.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

I'm happy with the tool, the only thing that annoys me is that people tend to request to edit the file they were sent to review and comment. But it has little to do with the tool itself.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

Large storage, handy navigation, simultaneous access for several people.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Filecamp provides great flexibility in choosing who can access what files and what exactly can they do. My team members have all the files at one place, can work with them simultaneously and see what their teammates are doing. No more need to download large files and format them for a client, we just send them the link and negotiate all the necessary edits right in the file.

  ### 20. Good value for money

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Filecamp is very easy to use and being able to customize it with a specific look is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

It would be great to have a function where only photos with a specific colored label can be downloaded by users.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a central database of photos for our members helps in releasing new material and ensures quality control of photos being used.

  ### 21. Great Product!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mustafa N. | Vice President of Growth, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Filecamp never fails to deliver! Since we are a startup, the number of files we have is exceedingly high. We resorted to Filecamp as a solution to save videos, graphics, photographs, and other documents in an organized manner. All I can say is, our team was pleasantly surprised by the performance. The pricing of the plan turned out to be quite reasonable, and not to forget the database is easy to use. No complications, only quality management!

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

It would be cool if you could drag and drop files and folders within the platform. But according to their support team this is in the works.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to issue large files with multiple at the same time.

  ### 22. A perfect media and file management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna O. | Head of Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

- this is a great tool to store, share and work with all formats of files (documents, presentations, images);
- design is user friendly and easy to use;
- having files organized and accessible from one place will greatly improve your company’s operations;
- keywords and tags function make search and discovery files easier and faster;
- they provide 24/7 secure system for your data.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

I miss drag and drop option, but this it's not a disadvantage, that would be an improvement

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Filecamp will make you more organized, efficient, will allow you to share all kinds of files (even these big ones) with whoever you want to.

  ### 23. Easy to use! Great product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Filecamp has been a wonderful addition to our organization. It is very easy to use for both administrators and users. This is due to its simple design and customizable layout. However you envision your media to be organized can be possible. The customer service is also exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

The only thing I would change is that you need to create your own video preview image for those icons. While this can be a benefit as it allows full customization, it could be easier if the preview was chosen automatically for video uploads (with the choice to customize) like it is for photo images.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Filecamp has allowed us to become more efficient and organized.

  ### 24. Fast and easy to implement especially when team was forced into remote working

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mick G. | Head of Sales and Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

It's a tie between super easy uploading and customer service. Both have been really useful when moving entire marketing team to cloud storage

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

More customized views when using large amount of files. When you import a lot of data, it can be easier sometimes to enlarge the icons so you know what is what.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

Enjoy it :)

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we were forced to move our entire team remote, we needed to find a quick solution for sharing media assets that wouldn't slow down our marketing campaigns. File camp allowed us to do that

  ### 25. Perfect media library software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafal K. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Very intuitive and useful software when it comes to the media library. Easy to store all assets across our whole marketing remote team. Great price to value ratio.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

Filecamp works just fine, so I have no complaints.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our media assets are well-structured and easy to share with anyone inside and outside our organization. The fact that they offer unlimited users in every plan makes it very affordable.

  ### 26. Easy to Set Up, Uncluttered Interface

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Textiles | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

(1) Search functionality works across entire library, regardless of what folder that file is in. (2) Customizable folder thumbnails. (3) Quick and easy ability to download various sizes / resolutions of files.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

(1) Need to press "Upload" icon before each upload. If you forget to click it before dragging files over, you will lose your place, and have to go back in your browser. (2) You cannot preview / scroll through multiple search results. Clicking one result will take you away from the rest of the search results.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

Use the trial to get use to the interface. Customize folder thumbnails to aid navigation.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Empowering our staff and customers to find the assets they need in the formats they want on their own. This frees up our creative team to focus on creating new assets, rather than spending that time re-locating, and emailing previously created assets.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Its very easy to use for both internal staff and our clients. The ability to self brand and have your own URL really helps set us apart from alot of our competition.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

There isnt anything I dislike on Filecamp except that we really dont use enough of their features.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us with a place to deliver and store draft images and final deliverable images to our clients rather than using something like wetransfer which is very run of the mill. We feel that its helped to raise the profile of our business having 'our own' image delivery portal.

  ### 30. Great value

**Reviewed by:** Rob M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

It does it's job well. Pricing is awesome. Great for smaller agencies.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

Missing features of larger systems, but not a game changer at our size.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

If you have small biz clients, but need a DAM environment to share files with them, this is a solid option.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clients having access to core files, as well as a place to collect images from different content creators.

  ### 31. Excellent Digital Asset Management System

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

I would like to see some customizable slugs for the share urls

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Given an every expanding remote workforce, this solution is not only helpful for a field team but extremely useful for internal resource for remote workers.

  ### 32. I did my research, and this is the best DAM for your money

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Ease-of-use is a big one - for me, having a capable software with many features is important, but also being able to quickly find something / upload new files is just as important, and Filecamp has figured that process out.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

Honestly, I don't have a complaint. I work in a field that is historically not tech-savvy, so the only issue I've had is getting people to utilize the software vs. asking me to do it for them. This has nothing to do with Filecamp, just human nature.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

My time with Filecamp has been great - I've had to reach out to customer service with questions a few times, and each time I received a timely and informative response back from the co-founder himself.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large collection of lifestyle and cutout photography that I'm working on uploading into an organized manner. We also have many technical files for our products (2D and 3D files) that I am planning to sort into Filecamp for our technical team to use.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

A bit confusing system for managing users, permissions and notifications

Have a real test drive.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with clients, sharing large files between our company to clients and contractors

  ### 34. Filecamp takes the cake!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

I have used many DAM systems in my professional career and for me, Filecamp takes the cake! It is modern, affordable and the features are all very intuitive. I love that we can create a branded entrance for each of our brands with their own login page etc.
Filecamp is easy to use and my team (even those who are not technophiles) enjoy using it.

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

On the con side, I would appreciate a more seamless drag and drop style editor so that we can drag and drop files between folders.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

FIlecamp is an awesome tool to collaborate with different departments!

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Filecamp has saved us countless hours of hunting through files on our computers, various drives, dropboxes and more.

  ### 35. Great Digital Asset Management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Filecamp?**

Great price point, no high pressure sales or call for pricing

**What do you dislike about Filecamp?**

No real downsides. I wish you could select an image and automatically set it as the folder icon. But not a deal breaker.

**Recommendations to others considering Filecamp:**

Make sure to establish a standardized tagging system during implementation.

**What problems is Filecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searching for images among thousands in our library. Sharing images outside of the company.
