It is really quite easy. The best way to get started is with a free trial: https://filecamp.com/free-trial/

Then you can try:
• Create a new folder
• Upload a few files into the folder
• Try sharing the folder via a shared folder link
• Add a user
• Give the user access to a folder
• Try to log in as this user
