I just double-check at the end of the day and send it in twice a month to be paid. I also like that it plays a sound when you stop, so you know it is keeping track. Many of my clients that I set up on the platform, can quickly learn to use the application and send me data including mileage and expenses so that we can accurately reflect their expenses. The mileage log is detailed enough to meet the IRS requirements when taking vehicle deductions. **What do you dislike about Everlance?** The software doesn't always pick up trips. If the battery is low and location is turned off trips maybe missed. This is more so an issue with the cellphone, as different applications can quickly drain the battery. Perhaps partnering with the cellphone manufacturers to figure out how to make the battery life last longer is a potential solution to this issue. **What problems is Everlance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everlance makes it easier for my clients to track their mileage in a way that is accepting to the IRS. Clients also have the option of tracking expenditures, which makes it easier to produce accurate financials if the client is not using a full suite accounting solution. ### 30. Still works well even with the minor issues of it shutting off after being idle for 10 minutes.(these shutting down issues have been fixed and the program works great) **What do you dislike about Everlance?** the fact that the service shuts off after random time intervals since the most recent update which requires me to always have to add custom trips to make sure I get paid if anything takes longer then 10 minutes.(most or all of issues have been fixed since the last few updates) **What problems is Everlance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making sure to Track mymileage and hours and easy expense tracking to make sure I am getting paid the correct amount each month and showing how I am maximizing efficiency to my company through using the service. **Official Response from Customer Support:** > Thanks for the review! I can see every stop I make and estimate the time it takes to complete an entire route or a specific portion, which helps me plan future routes more efficiently. **What do you dislike about Everlance?** For the app to automatically detect trips, the location needs to be set to ALWAYS - which I don't love - but I'd rather not miss something if I forget to start recording. I feel it takes a significant portion of my battery if I have GPS and music running. **What problems is Everlance solving and how is that benefiting you?** For trips, I used to report the mileage based on a Google Maps search alone.
