The most powerful feature, in my opinion, is the ability to track hours against a client partnership and understand how much time has been utilized vs. what remains. Everhour is a tool for just this. Its a simple extension to your browser that you can click and start tracking time. The great thing about it, is that you can integrate it with many project management softwares like Asana or Click up. This way you get to see the time you worked and the client. Handy. **What do you dislike about Everhour?** With everhour you need to stay on the page of the project your working on or make sure you remember to stop the timer if your doing something else. This can be problematic, sometimes you might be doing something like using a CRM that is updating plugins or something for the job, but it wont track that time on that page. So you need to make sure your time is correct in the end. Toggle Track is a another tool and seems to do the page swapping better and keep tracking the time. **What problems is Everhour solving and how is that benefiting you?** As stated i am a freelancer - so working with larger companies and their projects everhour connected to something like Asana is a win win and helps to show the hours your completed and also the hours you still need to do and the great thing is you can assign those hours automatically to the tasks created in Asana is a simple and efficient sync. As a freelancer this is a tool that will greatly help you to show the scope of the hours you work and not be questioned by a client. You can show them the month day and hours you have worked and that for me is like a clock in card. Its great! ### 9. I don't see any other apps in the market doing this as well as Everhour does. **What do you dislike about Everhour?** I do wish Everhour was able to integrate directly into the Saas apps without a Chrome extension, but I understand why it works the way it does. **What problems is Everhour solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everhour allows me and my team to work in the platforms we love (i.e. Notion) and seamlessly integrate time-tracking as well as billing, analytics, and resource management. Their support is slow to respond and half the time their answers make no sense. It is expensive. After doing a research and testing out many tools I finally found a tool that perfectly syncronised with asana. Tracking time has become very easy and we got a detailed overview on how much time we need for certain project or customer. Also the support is great, I needed help and the team from Everhour has helped to solve the problem within an hour. Can only recoomend **What do you dislike about Everhour?** that the time is rounded up and not precisely saved. We track substasks that takes less than 30sec, but they are still shown as one minute. We use EverHour to track the time we spend working on tasks logged in ClickUp, our task management system. EverHour has a wonderful ability to categorize time by the attributes of tasks - for example, we can filter hours in EverHour based on tags attached to their associated tasks in ClickUp. However, if we have a single task in ClickUp - say, "Build Feature X" - we can't say, "I tracked 6 hours toward this, 2 of which were management (non-billable), 2 were development (billable), etc." To get around that limitation, we create additional tasks to represent different work units on a larger project, but this can get tedious. **What problems is Everhour solving and how is that benefiting you?** EverHour allows us to quickly and effectively track time spent on tasks in our task management system.
