Coming from a previous platform that let us categorize sources as either a threat or an asset, I’d say that’s an important feature that’s missing here. Right now, if a source is compliant, great—but if it isn’t, it just sits in the same list as sources that may be perfectly valid and simply still need to be configured. If we had the ability to move sources into a dedicated “threat” list, we could keep the non-compliant section focused on only new or pending sources that truly need review. The aggregate report parsing is the standout. Raw RUA XML is unreadable, and EasyDMARC turns it into a clear per-source breakdown so you can see exactly which senders are passing or failing SPF and DKIM. Managing DMARC across a fleet of client domains, the multi-domain dashboard makes it easy to track enforcement progress at a glance and spot which domains are still stuck on p=none. The hosted SPF/DKIM/DMARC record management is genuinely useful too, since it lets you update records without constantly editing DNS zones, and the alerting flags failures before they become a deliverability problem. Pricing scales by domain, which adds up fast once you are managing authentication across a large client base, and the per-domain limits on some plans feel restrictive for MSP use. I’m most impressed by how EasyDMARC turns the often‑confusing world of email authentication into something that’s genuinely easy to act on. The biggest downside is that I can’t off‑board a domain while preserving its configuration. We regularly buy and sell companies, and when a domain leaves our ownership, I need to remove it from our account but still retain the historical settings. How easy it makes it to monitor and manage Email deliverability, as an MSP we manage a large number of domains for a mix of clients. in 1 system I can review them all and quickly spot issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only complaint is it alerts you is something isn't as expected or your not using some aspect of the tool and there is no way to tell it the alert can be ignored, can produce a lot of nose or cause some issues to be missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The invoice cycle covers the real CALENDAR month, no matter if you start day 1 or 29 of the month, you have to pay the entire month based on the European time zone, so if you add your domain 2 days before the end-of-a-month, you have to pay the entire month like if you start day 1.
