**What do you like best about EBizCharge?**

We’ve had a great experience using EBizCharge for both ACH and credit card processing. The integration with our system was quick and easy, allowing us to start accepting payments with minimal setup time. Since going live, we’ve been receiving payments from our customers on a daily basis, which has greatly improved our cash flow and overall efficiency.

Two of our customers have already expressed interest in using EBizCharge for their own businesses after seeing how well it works for us. That kind of interest speaks to the quality and reliability of the service.

Customer support has also been excellent—EBizCharge is quick to respond to questions and make changes whenever needed. They’ve made the entire process feel seamless.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to enhance the remittance emails to include a breakdown of which payments are included in each deposit. This small addition would make reconciliation even easier.

Overall, EBizCharge has been a valuable solution for our payment processing needs, and we’re happy to recommend them.

Our customers previously paid by check, which often caused delays and introduced risks like lost or stolen mail. EBizCharge has helped us transition to faster, more secure ACH payments. This allows our customers to manage their account balances in real time and reduces the need for manual follow-up. On our end, we benefit from a quicker receivables turnover and more predictable cash flow.

We’ve integrated EBizcharge’s payment solution directly into our company’s application, and the experience has been outstanding. The integration process was incredibly smooth and quick—EBizcharge’s technical team provided all necessary documentation upfront and responded promptly to our support requests. The embedded payment functionality is a huge plus for our users; they can complete transactions without being redirected to external pages or going through confusing steps. The payment flow is intuitive and user-friendly, all within our applications, which greatly enhances the overall user experience. Additionally, EBizcharge provides enterprise-grade security, giving both our users and our team full confidence that all sensitive data is protected and used solely for intended purposes. Lastly, the post-launch support has been excellent—when we had a question related to account reconciliation, their team was responsive and helpful. Technically, everything has worked flawlessly, and we haven’t needed ongoing support.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

So far, I haven’t encountered any negative experiences with EBizcharge. The solution has worked exactly as expected, and I have nothing to complain about at this time.

**What problems is EBizCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BizCharge has solved two key challenges for us: seamless integration and user-friendly in-app payment experience. Before EBizCharge, enabling in-app payments required complex setups or redirecting users to external platforms, which often led to confusion and a poor user experience. With EBizCharge, we were able to integrate their hosted payment functionality directly into our app quickly and easily, with outstanding support from their technical team.

As a result, our users can now complete secure payments without ever leaving our app, creating a frictionless and trustworthy experience. Additionally, the platform’s high-level security standards give both our company and our users confidence that sensitive data is protected at all times. Their post-launch support has also helped us better understand and manage our account reconciliation. Overall, EBizCharge streamlines our payment operations and strengthens the reliability of our platform.

The integration of EBiz Charge with our ERP system, Acumatica, makes everything streamline perfectly. We also love the ability to process everything we need in Acumatica and not have to go outside of the system we already use to process payments.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

We have to manually import payments currently since we were getting errors if we automated the imports. It would duplicate entries and it would cause extra work for us to have to void/delete those.

**What problems is EBizCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes tasks that I used to have to do manually automatic and saves a lot of our day-to-day tasks in the Accounting department.

The customer service has been great. When we've had an issue, I can reach out to support, and someone gets back to me within the hour. That person then follows up to ensure the problem is resolved. I've worked with a few people in support, and all have been great. Not only do they understand eBiz Charge, but they also know the Acumatica integration.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

We had some struggles getting our customer portal set up, but once we were set up and running, it's been smooth and easy to use.

**What problems is EBizCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customer's ease of use in paying open invoices. The QR codes, paylinks, and the customer portal all direct our customers in a variety of ways to pay either with ACH or credit card.

**What do you like best about EBizCharge?**

We utilize EBIZ with Acumatica and the integration was easy. Their data security method does well in keeping credit card information off our systems but still lends itself to ease of use.  The secure link payment has been flawless for our customers.  No system is perfect but the support we have received has been wonderful.  Quick responses for problems and when there have been unique issues they were handled with expedited assistance unlike other platforms that would take a week or more. The people I have worked with in support have been personable and helpful.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

As we utilize EBIZ in Acumatica I can only comment on  its use in our that enviroment.  EBIZ can be rigid in Acumatica and when there have been instances that require manually entering a customer's credit card there have been syncing difficulties between the EBIZ site and Acumatica module.

**What problems is EBizCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem EBIZ solves for us in working directly within our ERP system, Acumatica.  We rarely have to process or work outside Acumatica.  EBIZ secure payment links work better than any others we have used.

**What do you like best about EBizCharge?**

The system works every time.
We have had a couple of issues setting up our test system ready to upgrade our ERP solution, but support have got back to me within 24 hours, (I'm in the UK), and got us working again. I can't speak highly enough of customer services.
They have also been very supportive and proactive in helping us plan for a full browser deployment of our solution.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

We have been disappointed in the length of time it has taken for the credit card solution to be available in the latest version of our ERP software, with a few promise dates missed. This has now been resolved.

I like Ebizcharge because its integration, automation and security control. You can connect with tools I already use such as quickbooks. Also Im anle to set up recurring payments and what I like the most is the fraud protection it offers

The acceptance of echecks.  With this new system it is very easy to accept echecks something I personally did not know about until I signed up for the system and realized how this new technology was available to us.

There was not one feature that I do not like about this platform it is easy to use, time efficient when setting up and overall a perfect service for administering payments to suppliers

By making the  it easier to use and deleting some features that were romverd I think that this relationshp will be beneficial and look forward to a long relationship with this company

Implementing EBizCharge with Business Central Dynamics went like piece of cake, no issue and the integration team was quick. Although all the features we were looking for were there but they keep on coming up with more updates that makes it so easy to use and offer our customer easy way to pay

**What do you like best about EBizCharge?**

They are great about working with us to resolve any of our concerns. The processes are easy so we are able to get funds into our account as they are made. They are easy to work with if there is a claim. They file paperwork and handle everything up to processing the documents to the banks. They also set parameters so that we can keep fraud transactions from happening. This is nice especially around holidays.

I really have not found anything that I dislike. They have been on top of everything.

Keeping parameters so that there is less fraud. They flag transactions for them to be looked into before they are processed.

When we have had a customer dispute, EBiz is only a phone call away, and ready to help.

The fee rate.  I wish they were cheaper than my other credit card rates that we have through New Holland.  I get phone calls saying that they can lower are rate to under 1% but we can use other companies.

When we first moved to EBizCharge we made a few mistakes with our integrated software and the support team with EBiz went out of their way to help resolve and teach us the new way to process the credit cards.

When the Accounting dept was not able to email me the monthly statements, Conor, our relationship manager was able to get them for me.  So by reaching out to him, he resolved this issue for me.

Our problems were only at the beginning of the relationship and they were handled promptly.  All is working fine now.

eBiz Charge interfaces with our SAGE accounting software, thus eliminating manual entries.  The application offers more options for credit card processing than our previous processor.  It is fast and efficient.  Good customer support. Professional personnel.

We had issues getting it installed, but that was partially due to our cloud servicer.  A few missteps in training, but my contact person was EXTREMELY helpful.

Time and effort required to process a credit card.  Realized cost savings.  eBiz uses a flat rate for use of credit cards.  Our previous processor used a variable rate.  It is much easier to calculate profit on a transaction.  The interface directly with our accounting software eliminates having to post the transaction through the accounting modules.

The customer service from EBiz is the main thing I love. Every time I call I get prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service.

It's hard that you can't reconnect the program yourself when it gets reset - you do have to call in and have a rep remote into your computer.

This is a great alternative to use instead of paying the extra fees with Quickbooks. It's easy to use and the customer service team is prompt and easy to understand over the phone.

We needed an affordable program to run our payments through and EBiz has been consistent with great pricing. It integrates well with Quickbooks and there don't seem to be many issues with this, so we don't have much downtime when we can't run payments.

**What do you like best about EBizCharge?**

We appreciate the support.  Using Sage 50 software there are various updates through the year.  Sage is a lot like Microsoft, in that their updates commonly cause issues with other software.  If the updates terminate a connection or operation with eBizCharge, they are easy to contact and their Tech Support people will use Team Viewer to correct all our computers.  We get back up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

I have yet to find any frustrations.  Sage 50 offers a built-in credit card payment service that may be more efficient in day-to-day operations, but if you have any trouble or questions you are going to spend a lot of time researching an answer or getting help on the phone.  It would be nice if eBizCharge could be more integrated with Sage 50, so if you open Sage, eBizCharge is immediately opened and connected.

**What problems is EBizCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Credit card process is easy to do and easy to follow.  Researching past charges and credits are easy to find.  The transfer of funds is quick and also predictable.  Once the charge is approved, we know when to expect the funds to show up in our account.
