I have been using DropSend every day for the month. DropSend has really changed the way I work as a designer. Getting started was really easy. I did not have to read through manuals or spend hours figuring out the system. The Ease of Implementation is very good. You just sign up. The website is ready to go. What I like most is the Ease of Implementation and the Ease of Integration. There is a program for almost every operating system. The Ease of Integration is great because it works well with my tools, like Dropbox or Google Drive. It does not cause any problems. Try to take over my computer. The Ease of Integration is very useful because it just sits there ready to do the work when I need it to. I work with files all the time. My Frequency of Use is really high because I need to send files. I use Frequency of Use to send files that're over 100MB. It is like a mailman that helps me with this. I am at my desk or I am on my phone Frequency of Use is always fast when I upload files. When I have to send a file at the last minute and I am not, at my desk the upload speed of Frequency of Use is consistently fast.

I have a paid plan that lets me send big files like up to 8GB. The free version is still pretty good it lets you send files up to 4GB, which's a lot. Massive transfers are really easy, with my paid plan I can send files that are 8GB.

Security is really important to me. When I send files they come as encrypted links. This means my clients information is safe, from people who might try to hack into it. I feel better knowing that my clients data is protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a designer. I have to say that the mobile interface is really disappointing, to me. The mobile interface is functional. The mobile interface looks very old. The mobile interface definitely needs a look to feel like it is modern. The people who help with Customer Support are really nice. The platform only uses English. I think it would be great if they also used Spanish that way my clients, from countries can feel more comfortable when they use the platform my international clients would really like it if the platform had Spanish support it would make them feel more at ease. I think it is really disappointing that the free version does not have any cloud storage for the Google Drive or Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive or other cloud storage services for quick document sharing of the documents with the friends or family or colleagues at work using the free version of the cloud storage services, like Google Drive or Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive. What I like best about DropSend is how easy and secure it makes sending large files (up to several gigabytes) to anyone even without them needing an account with encryption and simple drag-and-drop sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that DropSend can have slow upload/download speeds, limited free plan restrictions, occasional upload errors, and its customer support can be hard to reach or unresponsive at times, which makes file transfers and account issues more frustrating than they should be. I like that DropSend makes it simple to send large files quickly and securely without any hassle. The interface is very easy to use, even for someone not very technical. While DropSend is useful overall, I’ve had some frustrations:

Uploading large files can be very slow, much slower than I’d expect.

The free plan’s limitations are restrictive when I need to send or store more.

Once I upload a file, I can’t rename it, which makes file management a bit of a hassle.

DropSend platform includes variety of amazing advanced features in this to easily send the larger sized documents with any limit issue. Even DropSend allows to send documents in bulk smoothly to number of people at one time.

It has a very much versatile and easy to operate user dashboard, that any non tech person can also start using it seamlessly.

This application offers great data or digital file securing or encryptions end to end, which enables to easily and securely transfer the files quickly.

DropSend also helps the users to manage and store the important documents in it, keeps everything safe and organized. There is no document size limit set on this application for saving or staring in it.
