"A Fast, Affordable E-Signature Solution That Just Works"
5/5
What do you like best about DocHub?

I've looked at several of the other e-signature services, and many of them are surprisingly expensive, especially for a small business. We send a lot of contracts every month, but they're mostly for smaller events—not million-dollar corporate deals. DocHub has been a great fit because the price is very reasonable, it's easy to use, and it has everything we need without all the extra complexity.

The interface is simple, our clients have no trouble signing documents, and we were able to start using it almost immediately. For a small business that needs to send a lot of contracts without spending a fortune, DocHub has been an excellent solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

Honestly, there isn't much I dislike. Every once in a while I've run into a tiny bug, but that's true of just about any software. The important part is that it gets fixed quickly.

One time I contacted support about something that didn't seem quite right. A real person responded, thanked me for reporting it, agreed that it wasn't supposed to work that way, and the issue was fixed shortly afterward. That really impressed me.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that has real people behind it who actually listen to customers. No software is perfect, but when the occasional little glitch comes up, DocHub has been responsive and easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many thanks for your positive feedback, Darrell!

Happy to provide a fast and affordable e-signature solution for your business!

"Effortless Remote Document Management"
5/5
What do you like best about DocHub?

I like that DocHub is easy to use and allows me to add different fields like signature, date, etc. It's helpful that it is added as an extension on my Gmail, which lets me click on a PDF I receive via email and open it in DocHub right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

It's a little confusing sometimes when I am trying to duplicate (copy) a form like new hire paperwork so I can reuse the existing form for a new person. If there was an option to 'duplicate and clear fields for new signer' and a spot that clearly shows where to input the new signer's name and email that would be helpful. Right now I can clear all the fields, but it unassigns the role of signer from it so I have to reassign the new signer to the fields they need to fill out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Daryna Prokhorova of DocHub

Thanks for your feedback, Lydia!

Glad to be of help with remote document management!

Regarding the repurposing the same document for a new signer:

have you actually tried doing that with our AI assistant? This can certainly help! Please give a try.

"DocHub: Editing and Setting Signatures for PDFs is Easier and Quicker and I am Much more Productive!"
5/5
What do you like best about DocHub?

Ease of use. I open a PDF in my preview, google asks me how I want to open and I select DocHub (I used to set DocHub as default preview until I realized how often I just need to preview a doc without DocHubbing it... so I changed that back to I have to select DocHub from preview when I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

2 things. The shift to lock in my exact spacing "slips" or "floats" a little which is annoying when I am trying to really make a precise placement. I am particular and I need that to work more acutely. Also the new feature of the signature floating stack "left with all the signature options" is always there but with certain window sizing it was in my way and immutable/immovable. That needs to change. Zoom has several feature to move their bar and you need something to move it or minimize it or some way to not have it be in the way for certain window size restrictions. "Clear Interface, Real-Time Editing, and Easy Signature Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about DocHub?

Very clear interface, able to track email status, ability to edit documents in real time. We are able to keep track of performance review signatures as well as contracts for work. Paying one low price annually is helpful for our business account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

It would be amazing to be able to create a fillable PDF on the site as well as sending out documents for signatures. Otherwise I am highly satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Daryna Prokhorova of DocHub

Olivia hi and many thanks for this!

Happy to help with most important documents!

Glad to know you are using reminders and document statuses, not everyone is aware of those, actually.

"Effortless Legal Signatures, Easy for Every Client"
5/5
What do you like best about DocHub?

I use DocHub every day at work, and I love it; it’s very helpful. It makes getting signatures from clients on settlements easy and convenient, and it’s user-friendly for clients of any age. I can easily edit forms and compile my court memorandums. The signature and initials feature is easy to use and works well for everyone. I use DocHub to get signatures from counsels and clients wherever they are, so we can sign and submit the needed documents on time. It works with any type of computer, and setup was easy and straightforward. It works best for me, and I’ve recommended it to paralegal friends who started their own firms. "Easy, Affordable, and Efficient Document Management"
5/5
What do you like best about DocHub?

I like that DocHub is easy to use and that it allows me to add signatures nice and easily. I also enjoy that I can request signatures from people either one at a time or both at once. It's convenient to manipulate documents when I need to rearrange orders or merge them. Additionally, I find it great for team use, and I appreciate that it's much easier and more affordable than HelloSign and DocuSign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

"Easy-to-Use, Cost-Effective eSignatures with Reliable Audit Trails"
4/5
What do you like best about DocHub?

I like that DocHub keeps all my documents in one portal while letting me use different subaccounts for each business. The audit info for my mortgage documents is excellent, and I’ve never had an issue with validation reviews. Templates save me time every day because I don’t have to create the same documents from scratch, and the interface is easy for my clients to use. The annual subscription also saves me money compared with similar products. I found DocHub easy to use from the beginning, without needing a tutorial; the menus and layout are basic and intuitive, and have evolved slightly over the years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

I wish the email greeting menu were easier to customize. I have to delete the default greeting and type something from scratch, and the subject line defaults to the document name, so I have to replace that every time too. It would also be helpful to drop multiple documents into DocHub, arrange them, and merge them into one document. Right now, I have to do that in a different program. "Unbeatable Value! Powerful Editing Features That Won’t Break the Bank"
5/5
What do you like best about DocHub?

What I appreciate most is the versatility of the platform. Our agency uses a few e-signing platforms, and I’m frequently asked to send documents through DocHub instead of the Lobbie platform because it’s simply easier. From the sender’s perspective, it’s fully customizable and very straightforward to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

The templates can be a bit confusing, and they make it hard to prefill anything as you are only instructed to insert the email address for the preassigned fields. Something about the overall template workflow is unclear, and that confusion makes the templates feel ineffective to use. There needs to be a way to allow the sender to fill it out prior to just adding the email address for who needs to fill it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Daryna Prokhorova of DocHub

Many thanks for sharing your feedback, Tedi!

We are glad to hear DocHub is helping you to collect signatures and customize templates.

Regarding the template workflow though: we would really appreciate if you could spend a minute more with us and describe your workflow in an email to support@dochub.com. We will do our best to suggest an efficient workaround for you. Thank you.

"Good value, but essential features remain limited and unrefined"
3.5/5
What do you like best about DocHub?

I find it economically beneficial for merging several documents into a single file, using the erase/whiteout feature, and filling out forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

There are several downsides that, if Dochub managed to fix or correct them, would make it a premium platform for us. First, sometimes when using the whiteout/erase feature, it leaves an obvious box where it was applied instead of blending in naturally. I believe this is a glitch, since it happens on some documents but not on others that are similar in nature and design. Second, there’s no option to underline text. Third, and arguably the most frustrating part, the system does NOT detect fill-out fields, so we have to manually disable snap to grid (because it often works against us) and then manually move the text around to get it aligned with the fields. The current AI system for finding fields still hasn’t worked for us; it always ends up throwing an error and saying it couldn’t find the fields. I also strongly dislike that you cannot choose a custom font size but instead have to choose preselected sizes from the drop down as well as the limited amount of font options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Daryna Prokhorova of DocHub

Thank you for reviewing DocHub!

Glad to be of help with PDFs merging!

Your feedback on fields' detection is duly noted.

"Efficient, Affordable, and User-Friendly Document Management"
5/5
What do you like best about DocHub?

I love that DocHub completely cuts out paperwork, especially since candidates aren't working at our office and we have multiple locations. It's super easy to get the signatures I need without worrying about paper copies. DocHub is easy to use, and the end user doesn't need to download any special type of application or software, which makes it easy for both me and the end user. The pricing is extremely affordable, which is great because I don't have a huge need for collecting electronic signatures and many other packages are much more costly. The initial setup was easy, and within five minutes, I was up and running. Because DocHub is so easy for them, candidates and employees have a good experience when interacting with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

I wish I had the ability to modify a document while I'm in DocHub. So right now, there's no opportunity if I realize I need to change some text. I have to get out of the system, make the adjustments, and then upload the file again. The other thing I would say is that sometimes documents don't import correctly. I pretty much always have to import them as an Adobe file even though it gives the option to merge Word documents. Sometimes they don't merge properly and don't format properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
