It automatically updates notes efficiently and works well with other software. The pricing is affordable, and the support team is super helpful as well. Reports are easy to generate and use. **What do you dislike about Dentrix?** I dislike that if you accidentally delete a batched claim from the office manager it can not be found by using the batch unprocessed claims feature. The delete feature in the office manager lumps together printed and displayed itmes. It would be nice if the displays were separate so that you can delete printed ones without deleting the display claims you are working on. **What problems is Dentrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dentrix is a great software that enables us to be paperless. The document center holds all scanned documents, and Dexis x-rays are integrated into Dentrix. File claims from within the software and not have to export them. If you only have one office and no need to securely access records outside of the office, Dentrix may be more than you need, and there are more cost-effective products But if you have multiple offices or other need to access patient records securely from multiple sites it is worth the investment **What problems is Dentrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to securely access patient information without being in the physical office, which is great both for when doctors temporarily move sites and for teleheath visits we have done over the past 2 years ### 21.
