I find Datanyze to be the best tool mainly for sales and marketing. It helps people find company information, technology details, and business contact data. Many users say it is easy to use and helpful for finding leads quickly, especially with its Chrome extension. It can save time when searching for potential clients and works well with CRM systems. I like that the Chrome extension helps to get company details, emails, and technology information directly from LinkedIn or a website. I appreciated how installing the Chrome extension, signing up, logging in, and the basic setup and use, as well as integrating, was quite easy.

I think Datanyze could have better data accuracy and faster customer support.

A lot of times we have to use other products cause datanyze does not find any information. I also wish it had more integrations

**What problems is Datanyze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding lead contact details is good cause we can find a way to contact our leads. Pricing is alright, I don't find it very expensive, especially for businesses. Support and onboarding, I have no comments cause it was all self-serve, no one ever contacted us.

Has more correct information than zoom info and lusha combined

- cannot change plans 
- cannot update address 
- cannot change credit card information 
- paypal not existing as payment method 
- most terrible and arrogant customer support
- have to write min 20/30 emails to get the response and zero guarantee that response will come

worse part is that customer support will read emails but will simply not respond and this is after we have been a paying customer for last 3 years +

Data for Middle East especially Saudi is less. 
Does not give you the flexibity to correct or mark inaccurate data.

Its a fantastic tool to get access to the Decision making unit of the prospect organization.  The ability to get access to Mobile number is the best feature.

Great product but such pathetic company.

Absolute rubbish they are, i have been member of datanyze for more than a year and suddenly they asked me to verify my number for log in. I tried to do it multiple with my mobile number time but nothing works. I cant access my database and unable to login. Wrote to their customer service team again multiple time but NO RESPONSE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

The options for changing plans in the personal account do not work correctly. Be prepared that you will not be able to renew your plan after the pause, to level up only. Be prepared that you will not get any help from customer support.

It's a chrome extension that works well with linkeidn to extract the B2B database like contacts and emails. 

I love the user interface, I found it good to get emails and phone numbers for clients in US and Europe.

It requires lot of improvemnt. The data sometimes is not accurate. Most of the times it just let us utilise the credits for just giving company HQ number. Which we can find it in website as well.

Furthermore, I really didn't find good data atleast when it comes to India or Apac region.

It's a B2B contact intelligence tools. It helps you give email id's and phone numbers to make a connect and ideal good for cold calling or cold outreach in specific.

The Datanyze Connector lets you enrich user profiles with real-time information on 40+ million companies. Using the Hull segmentation engine, you can control which users get enriched, and maintain a blacklist of domains that are not enriched. You can also trigger further automation of the connected tools. You can add, update, and delete traits. And with a single click, you can set up notifications for any event.

There are three plans available for Datanyze: free, starter, and pro. Each plan offers different levels of use. I think that it's probably a bit expensive to have it.

The company also integrates with Salesforce so users can export their contact information from Salesforce. Contacts are very limited when compared with other tools. Landscape information is limited as well and at times info in contacts and fast facts are obsolete to an extent, you need to double check to confirm on the data accuracy at times

Nothing so far. Reached out to the company for details on they types of data for my industry and haven't heard back - even after repeat follow up.

**What do you dislike about Datanyze?**

Contacted the sales team to inquire about the range of technographic data they have in HR tech.  The rep noted they would follow up after checking with their data team. Still not follow up after almost 2 months.

SaaS companies are judged by the effectiveness of their product and support team.  Based on my experience with Datanyze, they have room to grow on both.

It's an easy-to-use, powerful tool, that provides accurate data. It integrates with some of the other marketing-related systems we use, so it makes the gathering data extremely efficient. I also like the pace the Datanyze team comes up with improvements, i.e. new features.     

**What do you dislike about Datanyze?**

Nothing springs to mind. What would make it even better is a wider range of third-party apps it integrates with, but it isn't really an issue for us at this point. 

**Recommendations to others considering Datanyze:**

There is no risk involved in trying out the free version of Datanyze. Just add the fre Datanyze Insider extension to Chrome to get a glimpse into how it works. Although this will not offer you the full functionality, it is pretty convincing. They also offer some other free tools, if I'm not wrong.     

**What problems is Datanyze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Datanyze to collect new technographic data and update existing data for accounts. While this can be a number of ways, we found that Datanyze saves us a significant amount of time doing so. We also use it to find prospects and their email addresses, although that's less relevant to us as a use case.

Datanyze and it's plugin is are invaluable tools in my line of work. Working at a SaaS company, understanding your prospects current systems and knowing where our product would fit into their tech stack immediately makes my job easier and my outreach more effective. The technographics alone make this worth installing.

Honestly nothing comes to mind. This is the most accurate lead intelligence tool I have come across from a tech information standpoint.

There are other options for this type of technology on the market. Try them out,  see what you think but you will be coming back to Datanyze for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Having accurate data on your prospects tech uses, and whether or not they are already using a competitor is extremely important. Datanyze helps me discover vital information about my leads every single day to help my outreach stand out from other companies prospecting in the same field.

I like that datanyze plugs into Chrome and can quickly provide actionable insights that I can move forward with in real time. Without datanyze I am not sure I would be as effective at my job. Also datanyze support has been extremely helpful during the few times that I needed some help.

There is not a lot that I don't like however sometimes datanyze does not have the data on a website. I simply click a couple buttons to add it and the data shows up immediately.

Everyone who has worked a sales job knows that cold calling is a major factor when first starting out.
Those who know that, also know having great insight into the company and a point of contact makes it much easier. 

Datanyze has been with me though being a Junior sales rep, a senior and, eventually team lead. A large part of my career advancement can be attributed to have the great insights from Datanyze

I often times will run out of credits early in the month. Its a blessing and a curse.

Give it a try for just a  day. 10/10 can guarantee that it will make you day significantly easier and will make cold calls a breeze.

I have been using Datanyze for over three years.  Their insights are extremely useful and up to date. It helps me identify technologies so i know which companies to target for my sales.  Their paid version is quite extensive as well.  The free versions is very useful for SDR's.  Simply go to the chrome store, download and you will have your own "X-ray specs" and see right into your potential prospect.

The free version has a limit on searches, however, it is generous and I rarely exceed the maximum free uses.

I've used datanyze for years and what i really like is that in a few seconds i can figure out the technographics  , what a current company is using and try to get a better understanding of how far are they in their thinking. 

if you're selling Saas it's a huge time saver

nothing against Datanyze specific but sometimes you can see 2 scripts of the same category in a company which means that those are scripts that they never cleaned up or tested a while back and you're not too sure which one of the 2 they are using. (but that's not a huge pain as at least you know where to start)

lead gen - i can find companies that are using my competitors, using a less sophisticated tools and build an offering around it to them.

Quick and accurate. Extending Datanyze to Google Chrome speeds up my initial searches. In addition to discovering new technologies used by the competition. The solution is very versatile with various applications. Easy to use. With a few clicks, I already have the information I need.

On some websites, the data is not generated by the Chrome extension. It is necessary to access the Datanyze website to verify the data. There should be plans for someone who uses the tool infrequently.

Datanyze is the simplest tool for get comprehensive information on your leads. I'm using it both to gain competitive information on inbound leads, and to create target accounts list for outbound leads

Nothing. Datayze is realy good. If I really need to make an effort, I'd say people search can be improved but this is really a niche.

I used to use Datanyze back when it still had the LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration so it was really easy to prospect and add leads to Salesforce. I also loved using the chrome extension to find Company information like employee size, HQ location and to be able to easily navigate to a companies LinkedIn page, Crunchbase, Twitter and other social media pages. I'm excited to see what will happen with Datanyze now that it was acquired by ZoomInfo.

**What do you dislike about Datanyze?**

I dislike that there is no LinkedIn Integration but I also realize that it's more on LinkedIn privacy policy rather than on Datanyze, although tools like ZoomInfo and LeadIQ still have the LinkedIn Integration and the ability to add prospects straight to Salesforce from LinkedIn when prospecting. 

**Recommendations to others considering Datanyze:**

I think Datanyze is definitely headed in the right direction, it is one of the best tools to provide technographic information and for how long any given company has been using a specific technology. Now that it has been acquired by ZoomInfo, one of the best tools with contact information I think it's going to be one of the best tools in the market for sales teams to enable reps with the most accurate information for prospects and it would have the best workflow cadence when leveraging other tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft or Outreach.

When leveraging Datanyze in the past, it was used by all of our sales team from Sales Development Reps to Account Executives to find contact information for prospects, to find company information like employee size, HQ location, industry, and what technologies a specific company was leveraging and for how long to allow our sales development reps to reach out to leads and contacts with the most relevant information.

It gives great market insight, account-level Insight, & lead analysis. I loved how it directly aided us to find great accounts and help convert them into customers. It is excellent if you want specific information like company size, annual revenue, business industry, year founded, business type.

It did not update consistently when it comes to specific information like company size, annual revenue, business industry, year founded, business type. There was a definite limit to the number of times you can search. Some companies were not registered yet so targeting a newer companies this may be difficult.

I like the option to set up a tag that Indicates when websites are currently in our Salesforce or are using a specific piece of technology we are interested in. Also, it was super easy to get started with Datanyze. The onboarding experience was superb.

I wish they could also share technologies from internal applications (i.e behind a login screen). There are many technologies, that are implemented behind the login screen for internal applications like Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc that we aren't able to identify with Datanyze - So in the future, I would really like to have that kind of information.

Invest some time in figuring out exactly how would a successful relationship with Datanyze look like, what are your business goals and what are you looking to achieve with Datanyze.

I use the Chrome plugin to quickly see what technology a company is running on their website.  The information that I gain helps me personalize and tailor my message to their business.  I also like the email lookup feature. If you do not have a paid email lookup service, this is a good tool to add to your tool belt.  I bring this with me to every company that I work for and spread the value with others.

**What do you dislike about Datanyze?**

The only thing that I don't like is the fact that in order to get some of the best features I have to pay.  Target lists and some of the contact specific selling information is only available on the paid version.

AS noted above, I get to see what competitive or complementary technologies a company has running which allows me to personalize my message to the receiver.
