Contractor+ Reviews & Product Details

I am really impressed with the AI estimate tool and the time clock and mileage features really help with job accounting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that the main menu could be a little bit less crowded and easier to work with but that's a very minor problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Contractor+ integrates AI to generate estimates, which really helps me give proper quotes without having to search for rates on my own. The ease of having a customer database at my fingertips is another feature I really appreciate. Also, the setup was very easy, which is a big plus for me. As someone running a one-man operation, starting with the best tool makes all the difference for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not found anything that I dislike about it yet. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Contractor+ offers a wide variety of features, which is awesome for a service based business. I feel like some other software's "have" what I'm looking for but lacks in one key area. With Contractor+, I'm able to create Quotes, create Jobs if those quotes have been accepted, create invoices and accept payments right from Contractor+, keep my documentation in one place from pictures to contracts. There are so many other features that Contractor+ has to offer but haven't explored fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It may be a tough for beginners to learn the system and actually understand it. Again, Contractor+ has so many features to learn about that for beginners, it may be overwhelming. Personally, after a few nights of browsing through the system, creating test quotes, jobs, invoices, etc. I learned core features and understood the basics. So it does require a little learning curve at first. Another thing to point out, we really don't want to overwhelm the client if we give them access to their Client Portal. Currently, the client portal doesn't have the ability to hide what we don't want the client to see or just doesn't apply to them such as work orders, since we manly stick to job. Everything needed to run a business is centralized in one app. Also what did paid option to add team members is a nice feature that's fairly priced along with other account integrations makes a very competitive to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They advertised phone, an AI agent, and IVR, but those features aren’t available yet. They could have at least mentioned somewhere that they’re coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Contractor+ is an all-in-one platform. It really takes care of everything for me, so I have nothing to worry about except for my accounting. It handles all my customer management, invoicing, and operations on the same platform, which makes it a lot more time-efficient. This way, I have more time to operate the business and spend less time on the back end doing paperwork. The initial setup was actually quite easy. It didn't take long to figure out where everything was and how to access it. Once I got into the system and started transferring my invoices and customers, it got easier with everything I did. To be honest with you, the lead generation aspect of it I wish was a lot easier to access. I also wish that the payment system for the invoicing was a lot easier to access as well. I also think there is a very high beneficial aspect if they were able to add an accounting type basis into the program as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I didnt have it 5 years ago! I would be very hard pressed to find anything negative to say about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Contractor+ because it's a lot cheaper than other competitors like HouseCall Pro. It's very simple, easy to use, and beneficial. I find it to be the best bang for your buck out of all the apps I've searched. The price and integration with other apps and AI are aspects I appreciate. It's very useful to be able to bring in other apps and integrate them directly with Contractor+, allowing me to do much more, save money, help create more jobs, and generate more job leads. It was also easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integrating data from a competitor's app into this app when making the switch could be simpler. It would be helpful if I could just upload Google Docs or Excel spreadsheets with customer information, job data, and price lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Contractor+ as the core of my general contracting business to keep track of client billing, sales, and jobs. I really like that it takes all the fatigue out of repetitive entry for notes, clients, addresses, billing, and daily operations. The ease of use and the value for money are great. Compared to other platforms I've tried, Contractor+ is much simpler and doesn't charge as much for the same service, making it easier to commit to a long-term relationship. Integrating Contractor+ with QuickBooks and Gmail is super easy; I just login to the dashboard and sign into the other platforms. The initial setup was smooth, especially coming from Housecall Pro, which was a nightmare. Contractor+ just asks for your business and personal information, and you're in. It's that easy. There should be a feature that says 'on my way' and sends a notification to your client when you have booked an estimate or appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Contractor+ makes it easy to send clean, professional estimates without wasting time. I can track jobs, manage client info, and keep everything organized from one dashboard. It’s built for general contractors who need speed, clarity, and tactical control. I use it daily to stay ahead of scheduling and client communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up your first few jobs, especially if you’re used to paper or spreadsheets. Some customization options could be expanded, but once you get your workflow dialed in, it runs smooth. Nothing major — just small tweaks that would make it even sharper. How professional and clean the interface looks and easy it is to customize and create your own personal custom macros for your company, pricing and line items to make building an estimate on the fly easier than ever Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
