How quickly it is to obtain the most accurate insurance eligibility information while you are on the phone with the patient. Benefit information is also available instead of searching on multiple sites for eligibility and benefits. Accurately shows how the patient's name appears with their insurance company. there is no notification or heads up when a new patient has been added to Clearwave. Some patient information doesn't always cross over from the registration to Clearwave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clearwave?

Patients can now check in and complete forms on their mobile device which has great increased satisfaction. On the staff side, having all eligibility and demographic information verified before the patient arrives allow for fewer denials and less clerical error. The cash collection on the kiosks has greatly improved cash flow. The reporting available helps us to know the system is working and that our return on investment is not in doubt. What do you dislike about Clearwave?

What do you like best about Clearwave?

We LOVE the eligibility verification using the website. It has become our "go-to" workflow to check before the patient even hangs up the phone when making an appointment! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearwave?

There's not much that we don't like about Clearwave! If I had to choose something, I'd say the quirks in eligibility retrieval that can happen for the first few days of each month while the insurances load their info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
