**What do you like best about Clearwave?**

Quickly obtaining the most precise insurance eligibility information during phone calls with patients is essential. Having access to benefit details without the need to search multiple sites streamlines the process. Additionally, ensuring the patient's name matches their insurance records accurately is crucial for seamless transactions.

**What do you dislike about Clearwave?**

I don't have any dislike for Clearwave at all.

**What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearwave provides comprehensive plan details, including copay, deductible, and PCP information, within the eligibility and benefits view. It also conveniently flags if a referral is necessary, both in tasks and within the eligibility and benefit information. It's crucial to replicate this functionality while ensuring originality to avoid plagiarism.

I like that it works with our current EMR system.

It is sometimes hard to get a response or answer from costumer service.

**Recommendations to others considering Clearwave:**

Be open-minded about the process and be willing to help create a workflow that will allow your patients and staff to be successful in implementing the product. Don't go in have hearted or else this will be an overwhelming product.

**What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the issue with doing a lot of manual tasks like scanning in paperwork and id cards etc, having the patients pay on their own as well.

CLearwave is very easy to use and train new staff.

I would like to see the mobile app to be used offsite.

The eligibility for patients coverage makes the information go into our system correctly, so we have clean claims going out of the system the first time.

There is nothing I dislike about ClearWave

We have reduced the wait time for our patients.  We have reduced the bottlenecking in the clinic and we have captured more pre-service revenue both old, new, and copays.

**What do you like best about Clearwave?**

I like the ease of the system for the patients as well as the staff. Easy to train on for new employees. And makes our front desk flow more efficeint.

**What do you dislike about Clearwave?**

I would like for the kiosk to scan more than two insurances. And I wished that we had our own customer service tech that handles all our tickets and just random reps.

**What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quicker flow in our practice. Inusrance verification is great benefit.

The flags and alerts for certain tasks and insurances make training easier.

Support has become less responsive over the years and often, the first line techs are not helpful.

**What do you like best about Clearwave?**

How quickly it is to obtain the most accurate insurance eligibility information while you are on the phone with the patient. Benefit information is also available instead of searching on multiple sites for eligibility and benefits. Accurately shows how the patient's name appears with their insurance company.

**What do you dislike about Clearwave?**

there is no notification or heads up when a new patient has been added to Clearwave. Some patient information doesn't always cross over from the registration to Clearwave.

**Recommendations to others considering Clearwave:**

If you are used to verifying insurance and benefit information manually then go into this with an open mind. It does not do all the work for you but does take a big majority of back and forth from other websites off your hands.

**What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearwave give all plan details when you view that eligibility and benefits as far as copay, deductible and PCP information. Also helps that it shows in tasks and in the eligibility and benefit information that a referral is required.

**What do you like best about Clearwave?**

Patients can now check in and complete forms on their mobile device which has great increased satisfaction.  On the staff side, having all eligibility and demographic information verified before the patient arrives allow for fewer denials and less clerical error.  The cash collection on the kiosks has greatly improved cash flow.  The reporting available helps us to know the system is working and that our return on investment is not in doubt.

**What do you dislike about Clearwave?**

Honestly we have had very few issues with Clearwave.  We have had zero issues that were not timely resolved.

**What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with over 60 insurance products each with their own plans.  Having one portal where everything is verified has allowed us to maintain current staffing levels even though our patient volume has significantly increased.  Now all the front office staff can focus on check-out which gives more time to answer questions and work with the patients to ensure the plan of care is followed.

**What do you like best about Clearwave?**

We LOVE the eligibility verification using the website.  It has become our "go-to" workflow to check before the patient even hangs up the phone when making an appointment!

**What do you dislike about Clearwave?**

There's not much that we don't like about Clearwave!   If I had to choose something, I'd say the quirks in eligibility retrieval that can happen for the first few days of each month while the insurances load their info.

**Recommendations to others considering Clearwave:**

This was the best decision our organization made!

**What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have now started collecting deductibles as well as co-pays now that we are using Clearwave.  It is very user friendly enabling us to see not only the deductible amounts, but the amounts still remaining - in real time!

**What do you like best about Clearwave?**

I was thrilled by the excellent support throughout integration and the continued support after integration. There was an entire team that made sure all our questions were answered and took the guessing out of what to expect as we introduced a new way of checking in our patients to our patient service representatives. 

I also liked how there was an immediate use for the Clearwave program. Even before the system was completely integrated with our electronic medical records system, NextGen, we were able to use Clearwave to do eligibility verification.

**What do you dislike about Clearwave?**

I dislike that not all the features are available unless you make additional purchases for hardware. Hardware includes kiosks and tablets. I think it would be useful to have access to these devices and my practice is considering upgrading to take advantage of some of the additional feature at a later time.

**Recommendations to others considering Clearwave:**

Go for it! It's easy to use and you'll have the support you need to quickly improve your practice.

**What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Clearwave, we have fewer invalid insurance entries. Before Clearwave, we had several insurance claims that were submitted incorrectly. Some of the errors included wrong spelling of a patient's name, wrong ID number or wrong insurance payer altogether. Using Clearwave during the check in process eliminates all the guesswork because it provides up to date insurance information to the minute. 

Clearwave has also improved our point of service collections. Before Clearwave, many patients would dispute the amount due for their copay or the amount due from their deductible. Clearwave provides all the information necessary for my patient service representatives to confidently address any questions a patient may have regarding disputes over past due balances, copays or current amounts due.

Make sure you ask a lot of questions. Utilize the support that is provided to you from the Clearwave team. It will help the ease of getting started and setting things up.

The amount of time it's taken to check in patients has decreased. It is definitely faster than our old process.

THE ONLY THINK I WISH IT DID WAS UPLOAD IMAGES AND INSURANCE INFO BACK INTO OUR PRACTICE MANAGMENT SOFTWARE
