It's made things easier by updating everything for everyone when a change is made. The follow-up notifications are immediate, so I can track who hasn’t been followed up. The platform helps a lot, especially with the accounting functions, which are almost like a full accounting system. It's going to save us a lot of costs. The ability to have profiles for people is great for keeping track of everyone. Setting up ChMeetings was quite easy and user-friendly, and the support team is quick to help with any issues. **What do you dislike about ChMeetings?** If you could improve the follow ups, that would be nice. It's not really an issue, but it would be helpful if, when marking a follow-up as done, the person who created it gets notified whether it was completed or not. **What problems is ChMeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use ChMeetings to improve reporting and eliminate duplicate work. The custom app, despite its extra cost, makes communication with our church much more accessible. I particularly like that users can send notifications through the app, sparing us the cost of an SMS provider, as notifications go straight to users' phones just like an SMS would. Setting up ChMeetings was really easy, and I benefited from the opportunity to revise and simplify our membership list during the process. The tutorials are great, and using the product was not a steep learning curve for me. I also appreciate the capacity to link information submitted through registration forms to a person's profile, which simplifies our communication. I found their approach to handling member information secure, giving me confidence in using it further. **What do you dislike about ChMeetings?** The Service planner section could probably have more features to make Sunday planning a little smoother and faster. The other thing is there is no way of creating a personal signature so emails that go out don't have the potential professional look (unless you copy and paste a signature from another program). For this reason, we are still using our regular email platform for most communications - however, because all our updated contacts are on ChMeetings we often have to go into the app to make sure we have the best email for the recipient. **What problems is ChMeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use ChMeetings to manage our church's membership database, improve safe handling of member information, and simplify attendance tracking. It links registration forms to profiles, aiding communication and service, while the custom app enhances event announcements. It's also great for rostering volunteers as it sends a notification straight to their phone with the option to accept or decline a volunteer opportunity. It also holds a Song Library where I can save multiple charts for a song as well as a link to the YouTube version we are using. ### 3.
