**What do you like best about CallHub?**

Callhub is a good app that gives you call center functions without committing to a lot of seats. They charge per minute instead of licenses. This provides you with a pretty good app without commitment, and allows you to scale up or down as needed/

**What do you dislike about CallHub?**

The cost per minute is on the higher side, and the reporting features could be improved. It is still very B2C centric, and not as optimized for B2B campaigns

**What do you like best about CallHub?**

Callhub is very easy to navigate and understand, both the setting up campaign process and the calling and texting process. It also has great costumer support and agents who are very welcoming and supportive in your onboarding. I was able to easily use my integration tool with callhub to send automations like adding contacts into a list from different places into Callhub. I plan on utilizing callhub in all my organization campaigns to make it easy for organizers to cantact their new id's every week.

**What do you dislike about CallHub?**

I would like to see more onboarding videos available for all campaign paths and also for other user most and least used features. I would also like for the app to have the browser+phone+app feature available as many agents like to follow along in theur browsers as they use thir phone to make the calls.

I don't have any problem Callhub is solving at the moment. All of my questions have been answered by callhub support agent.

**What do you like best about CallHub?**

You can contact your customers anywhere in the world at scale in minutes.  As it integrates with lots of platforms, there's no additional setup required beyond linking your accounts.

When you need them, the team are great helping you setup complex campaigns to get the best results.  I use Callhub most days to engage my customers and, its range of features means I can communicate with them quickly over any channel.

They provide ace technology and you'll need to bring local knowledge about your market and regulations.

They're improving existing channels so we can better engage our customers, and their AI sentiment tracker is another tool helping us improve our work.

The mobile app is so inredibly easy to use, and their team responds super fast any time we have questions. We needed to get our instance up and running within 24 hours and they made themselves available to help us get out the door.

Wish the admin experience was smoother, it's messy when you try to have multiple admins in the account and also try to have the admins do calls.

Big fan of Sam, unlimited list upload size, good app for mobile users, and solid customer support with enterprise over slack

I liked the redesigned UI for each campaign, the ability to bulk do everything instead of most features working one by one!

**What problems is CallHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They built us some features super quick which we appreciated but they need to actually think through how a campaign with 1000+ callers would operate and proactively build features for clients like that, rather than just small campaigns. I hope the AI tool will let me search for metrics by just writing a questions like "How many contacts did we have in Arizona on Dec 10th!"

As a smaller company, CallHub may not be suitable for larger campaigns or organizations that will need a lot of customer support.

I find CallHub's pricing to be very fair with enough advanced features to run a professional mobile campaign. It was easy to get started quickly. My first customer service experience was very high quality.

I had trouble setting up my account because I use a VPN. It isn't an all-in-one digital campaign toolkit like Action Network.

List building using a text to join keyword. Easy, accessible, and affordable mass and peer to peer texting.

Promt attention to requests for broadcast phone messaging and pricing.  Easy to implement regardless of how frequently it's used.  Updating database is simple and submission is seamless.

I Have not found a down-side to CallHub.

Once it is learned, the time saving element for broadcasting texts is great.

Its  not intuitive to begin with, and the learning curve takes time with many mistakes, do-overs, and frustration.  I have not entirely figured it out.

Not having to text am list of phone numbers/individuals through copy and paste.  Saves time.

**What do you like best about CallHub?**

I am just starting out on my CallHub journey, and so far, so good! Support is attentive and gets back to me right away. The software is easy to use. And my leadership team thought there was a catch in terms of the pricing. Because CallHub supports such a wide range of clients, they are able to offer their product at a great cost to institutions like higher ed who need more flexible calling options. Definitely worth getting the demo and meeting with the team!

**What do you dislike about CallHub?**

I haven't been with them that long and setting up a call script, I wish there were options to save scripts mid-way through creating them instead of making sure all branches make sense and going through to the end. But this is minor and we have really learned how best to draft scripts.

**What problems is CallHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 23,000 alumni and one of the ways we like to get in touch with them is through phone channels. However, with the advent of robo and scam calling, phone isn't as effective a channel for alumni fundraising as it once was. CallHub makes out outreach scaleable. We love the texting features and budgeting calls and other touchpoints with credits. It's cost-effective and efficient.

This is all in one platform including Text campaign, voice broadcast, email campaign (currently in beta) and P2P. CallHub is helping us to reachout our Patients. Also we are sending appoinment updates by using voice broadcast.

This is best tool. I never came any cons such as till now.

Before we used to send appoinment updates one by one, after started to use CallHub we are sending bulk SMS updates  to patients very customized way. Also we are sending Voice broadcast to get patient feedback about the service.

it has a very simple UI where the user can Independently do a campaign without any support. also, this is all one tool. we can send SMS campaigns, Email campaigns, Voice broadcasts, and many more.

It's a bit costly. apart from that I  couldn't see any Cons here.

When I'm sending outbound emails, I didn't get a response from Prospects then when I start sending SMS campaigns over CallHub I got many leads. it mostly helped us to generate the leads.

Callhub is easy to set up, user-friendly (most people in my phone bank are not tech-savy) and allows us to reach more people, fast!

The language barrier. Most of the tools and support system is built for English speaker, but I knew that coming in.

We were only making calls using paper lists before. Callhub allows us to reach out to more members, faster and collect valuable information about the calls.

**What do you like best about CallHub?**

Working with the team to solve technical challenges to create a calling tool that would allow us to call more of the electorate in a compliant manner. The team here is smart and always looking to make improvements, whether that is to fix a minor bug or find a way to safeguard accounts from bad actors.

**What do you dislike about CallHub?**

With all technology like this, there will be bugs and snafus along the way.  I like that during peak election times they adapted to expand hours for support.  And they promptly  responded to support requests.  Sometimes the perceived problems were a function of not understanding how things work and other times it took a little convincing that there was indeed an issue, but I've found this to be true with every vendor I've ever worked with.

I do wish the pricing was more transparent on the website and that there was a way to be notified of pricing changes.  That came as an unpleasant surprise in the middle of a major campaign season.  But we worked together to address it.

**What problems is CallHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially it was a way to reach lots of low propensity voters quickly.  But we both realized along the way that using a predictive dialer allowed us to dial quickly but we couldn't reach a large portion of the universe we wanted to talk to for compliance reasons.  So we had to work together and quickly innovate a tool that would allow us to call more of our universe in a fully compliant manner.  And that was done quickly.  I consider the solution a great start with lots of potential for future improvements!

FYI, the next question below didn't have a great response for how we used CallHub.  I chose "Proactive Notification" but we used the Call Center Campaign Clicker Dialer feature.  We do not do any marketing.

I love that the one platform allows me to do  peer-to-peer, sms broadcasting, AND log my phone campaigns. I

I have very few dislikes about this platform, it has been a better experience than other peer-to-peer texting options. I do think there could be improvement in reporting capabilities.

Give yourself at least a day or two to get comfortable with the platform. Consider assigning one person to learn it thoroughly and then guide your team.

**What do you like best about CallHub?**

Callhub is easy to use and set up. The user experience is generally smooth (our agents are volunteers so this is important). There are a lot of options when you are setting up your calling campaigns, you can make adjustments at anytime and it can be done quickly. We like that you can check in with your callers via message or observing live calls and recordings. The householding feature is great and the ability to customize call dispositions. The first year we worked with callhub we experienced stops in service and some serious technical errors without much support - but this year they have really improved. We had quick response times on support and no real technical snafus. They have really stepped up and seem to be continuing to improve their program. Their texting platform has improved quite a bit as well.

**What do you dislike about CallHub?**

We can't manually remove a few contacts from a phonebook or mark them so that they aren't called again (for example, if a voters calls the voicemail number back and leaves information). The hold music options are limited in that you can't upload a play list - so callers hear the first minute of the same song over and over until they lose their minds or ask someone to change it in the back end.

We work with a coalition of non-partisan, non-profit organizations who get the vote out during local, provincial and federal elections. We've been able to maximize our impact by using callhub to easily reach out to tens of thousands of voters in a very short gotv period.

The solutions they offer for communication automation are available on a functional and easy to manage platform, we noticed results from the very first campaign  we launched with CallHub. We are now monthly subscribers and we could not be happier with the results.

**What do you like best about CallHub?**

Easy to use and intuitive for calling agents and great 2-way data flow integration with our CRM contact data.
No-cost account set-up and testing makes for very easy start-up process and all subsequent costs are based on pay-as-you-go call connection time usage.

Our implementation with NationBuilder allowed for real-time integration with membership database for immediate tracking of call results, Survey Answers, specifically assigned Tags, and needed member follow-up.  (Direct integration also available for OSDI, CiviCRM, Action Network, and Blue State Digital, among others.)

The easy Agent sign-up process allowed us to mobilize over 1,000 remote volunteer calling agents for very effective call campaigns. 

**What do you dislike about CallHub?**

Some limitations on the ability to easily manage large volume of calling agents that required customer support intervention.  Support was responsive and issues were resolved in a timely manner.

Learn how to effectively integrate CallHub with your CRM to create real-time feedback into your membership database.

Dramatically more effective means of reaching our members and providing them with the information that they need on voting process and pending registration deadlines.

CallHub customer support is simply amazing. I was having an issue activating my account for first use and they promptly assisted me into this. Furthermore, I love how CallHub SMS Custom Sender ID helped us consolidate our branding by having our phone number replaced by the company's name for the promotional campaign that we sent via SMS.

**What do you dislike about CallHub?**

The pricing is a little to high, to be honest, compared to local and even other bulk SMS providers.

CallHub is indeed a reliable and professional solutions when it comes to SMS marketing. I have no hesitation to recommend CallHub to you. They are amazing.

CallHub has helped our team to send customized text, receive response and build quality data. It is the best platform to automate the calling process as now day we do get many gate keepers, and spending our precious time with them is just waiting our time. This process is automated by CallHub

Pricing is on a higher side as compared to its competitors but Yes, they do provide some features which are unique and helpful.

CallHub will take care of calling, texting automating/updating the entire data of an organisation. I do recommend CallHub for the organisation where in they have less employees for cold calling.

It has completed automated our manual calling process which saves lot of time. We had a huge data base which did not had correct or updated contact numbers, Callhub has helped us to clean our database by updating the correct contact numbers.

YOU GUYS ROCK!!! We have had some feedback on the text area on ways to track the responses and the team jumped right in and made some adjustments that made our user experience AWESOME. We recently moved from a competitor who's service was bleh (among other things) - to come to a new company who is so responsive has been mind blowing. We will be customers forever!!!

Everything works perfect I love the month to month subscription, it's great we found what we were looking for

I would try it there is a trial you can use and it's month to month if you ever wanna quit perfect for political calls phone banking

I must say the ease of use is very good. I've run several call campaigns with much success. I only wish they had phone support. Sometime talking to someone over the phone is helpful.

**What do you dislike about CallHub?**

No phone support. I wish I didn't always have to wait on support to get back to me view email. Phone support or live chat would really make this product even better.

View all video tutorials to minimize the need to contact support.

I have been able to reach over a thousand contact in less than a week. This would have taken much longer without it.
