We constantly need to connect various external systems such as TimeShare, property management systems, and POS software, and Boomi’s integration capabilities handle complex data mapping effortlessly. The AI capability introduced recently—tools like Boomi GPT—lets us use natural-language prompts to orchestrate AI agents and auto-generate integration processes. This saves a huge amount of development effort and helps us create a go-to-market product in a shorter amount of time. Overall performance is very good, even in cases involving complex data transformations. On top of that, Boomi’s licensing costs have proven to be significantly lower compared to other iPaaS tools we validated against our use case. Boomi’s design and UX also make it easy for developers to use. Overall, our experience with the technical support Boomi provides has proven to be efficient and readily available. **What do you dislike about Boomi?** When handling an extremely high volume of data or very large payloads, Boomi’s Atoms load entire documents into memory by default. This can lead to high CPU usage and, at times, out-of-memory crashes. On top of that, debugging batch failures can create additional overhead in some cases. **What problems is Boomi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used Boomi for one of our hospitality clients. In this industry, data is often spread across different legacy systems such as TimeShare, property management, POS, legacy CRM, Salesforce, and others. It's great that it easily connects with platforms like AWS as well. We recently started using Boomi with AWS, and although there was a bit of a learning curve, once we got there, it was fantastic. We have been able to create queues in AWS, and Boomi has done a great job making calls to our ERP while checking concurrency. This really helps us assess how much data we can push into the ERP at any given time, depending on user activity. Also, Boomi is constantly developing its features for the future. They're using AI to trigger alerts when something goes wrong or to find anomalies in the data, which then sends an email to our BA team to help them make faster decisions. As it is completely low-code platform, this thing sometimes creates a mess while building some complex solution, because at that time we need to use multiple boomi shapes for a single thing, like removing the duplicacy or sorting some records. 2. It doesn't provides the functionality to low-down certain components, only gives the features of adding permission who can edit or delete that, but anyone can view it. This thing sometime, not a good thing, because if we want to lock some processes or folder that only respective developer can access it, that can't be possible in boomi. 3. Also, it provides limited document memory to test in its canvas/playground, so sometimes quite difficult to do unit test in certain processes. **What problems is Boomi solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I'm using boomi on daily basis to deliver the business solutions to our client, where we need to sync up their lead to cash cycle for their business flow with two or more different systems, like CRM, ERP, e-commerce, etc., here boomi acts as a middleware that helps us to sync the customer data from one system to another without any flaws or discrepancy. For example, we have to sync the customer's product and its price levels with their website and their ERP system on realtime after applying some validation as per system specific, whether it is going to ERP or Website, in this boomi helps us to build realtime processes that sync data in both systems without any delay or flaws. ### 19. For complex requirements we have to use multiple shapes , there is no any direct approach for this. **What problems is Boomi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a requirements migrate around 8 million records from legacy CRM system to salesforce, as source data contain multiple fields and over those fields we need to apply some validation that we cant directly apply on the salesforce while migrating those records, so for that we have to use Boomi as a middleware to fetch data from legacy CRM and did some transformation over the data and apply certain set of validation then dump that data to salesforce without any delay, so in this how boomi help us that we can effectively get the data in batches and then using the salesforce bulk API's we were able to transform that data to salesforce and also able to validate which data failed at salesforce during transformation. ### 20.
