The features are built specifically for the restaurant business, which is great while handling orders from online, food delivery apps, and for dine in management too. Not to forget that the cx support from the team was spot on and the onboarding & implementation phase was smooth. In matter of speaking, this tool been part of our daily operations that we used regularly. **What do you dislike about BentoBox?** Limited Customization and was slightly on the pricy side, during the times I used it. Times we struggled to integrate with other tools for managing reports. **What problems is BentoBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my expereince I would say this tool isan all in one solution for running a restaurant business. From processing online orders to manage dine in customers to take aways, the tool pulls everything in one place, so it came handy to use it. so as a user, I don't have to rely on multiple tools to manage the business. Thus it is benefiting both restaurant owners and customers with more efficient experience and cost effective. ### 2. It provides you with all the necessary tools to be able to promote yourself while also protecting you and being ADA friendly. **What do you dislike about BentoBox?** Depending the size of your operation, the scalability can be a hassle and there may be slight limitations in what you want to add to your website. The website are built on templates so you can customize just about anything, but changing a website with a new template can cause issues. **What problems is BentoBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to fully customize a restaurants website with ease. ### 3. Not only is the system is to navigate, its easy to figure out and if i ever have any questions, their support staff is easily accessible and replies within 24 hours. I wasn't familiar with BentoBox or received any training, but was able to figure it out pretty quickly. **What do you dislike about BentoBox?** I cant' think of anything I would change. We wanted to do some tracking and didnt know how to input the coding; we had to set up a call between our agency and BentoBox and it sounded like something they had to do (not something we'd be able to do). The only content thing I would change, we have a product locator on our site and we can only have one (we are a restaurant chain with 7 locations AND have At Home products in 100 grocery stores). The way the system is, we can only have one locator, which has to include all of these locations. It'd be nice to have separate one - OR if only one, having the ability to put icons of products available at said stores as a visual. **Recommendations to others considering BentoBox:** I cannot stress enough about the ease of use, the ease to access customer service + the response time to questions. And we get compliments on the look and feel (and ease of navigating) the site all the time. **What problems is BentoBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems solved with BentoBox is being able to offer an easy-to-navigate site with easy intetgration of all our messaging and channels. In an age where everyone is using technology for their businesses, it needs to be simple and easy for everyone to use.
