**What do you like best about balena?**

Openbalena is one of the best open source software to manage connected IoT devices.

**What do you dislike about balena?**

The balenaetcher is not always working with different devices. For some USB devices, it is not recognizing.

Best choice if you are new to IOT

**What problems is balena solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team is mainly working on the IOT based automation projects. The platform is really user friendly.

Everything is nice and the people working there are very good as well.

**What do you dislike about balena?**

I dislike the fact that the resolution time sometimes to solve my issues is a little high for some products.

**What do you like best about balena?**

Resin.io has made it easier to manage OTAs and remote deployments and updates to IoT devices.

**What do you dislike about balena?**

There isn't currently an easy way to set up a CLI for controlling the process of managing Resin.io, but I am satisfied with its degree of functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering balena:**

I'd recommend this to anyone who has used Mender or other IoT deployment softwares to try out and implement for testing purposes, at the very least.

**What problems is balena solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a lot faster to handle remote deployments of dozens of IoT devices at once, and it cuts so many costs in the pipeline.
