The Infinity Platform is exceptionally easy to use. The migration from our previous system to this new one went seamlessly. Navigating the platform is intuitive and straightforward, making it simple to follow. It has truly elevated our Wall display, allowing us to make real-time adjustments effortlessly to accommodate all of our business needs.

We use it daily to show where our drivers are on one screen, and what jobs they must complete on another. We also have outages for our utility company posted up for employees walking by to see what needs work. All of these are from different screens on different computers and we can seamlessly remove or add screens as needed in real time.

What I really appreciate about the Userful is how easy it makes it to share and show things on our video wall. Whether it's a live camera feed or a webpage, it’s simple to get it up and running using RTSP or HTTP streams. The software itself is pretty straightforward, so you don’t need to be super technical to figure it out. It’s a solid tool that helps us get things displayed quickly without a lot of hassle. One thing I wish they’d improve is the variety of streaming options. Right now, it mostly sticks to RTSP, and while that works, it would be great if they added support for other methods too.
