I tried this out for the first time ever to make a staff meeting more fun and engaging while also pertaining to topics that are important to know. They had so much fun answering questions, and it definitely helped them learn in a way that they would be able to remember the information. The only drawback I’ve found is that some of the more advanced customization features are somewhat limited. For example, I discovered that you can’t co-edit slides with someone else in real time; instead, you have to pass control back and forth. I have really enjoyed using AhaSlides for leadership meetings and training in the company (both in-person and online), especially for conducting quizzes because it has sound effects, participants can react, there's the possibility to check the ranking after each question, it's not heavy (which really helps when the connection isn't very good), and we can also vary the types of questions, as there are 6 types of quizzes that we can even mix. I am using the free version and we have really liked AhaSlides a lot. We haven't subscribed yet due to the monthly cost and because we don't use it that frequently (it's been about once a month). I haven't used the integrations with PowerPoint or Google Slides yet, but we really like the possibility. I dislike that when importing presentations from PowerPoint or PDF into AhaSlides, some content is not displayed correctly, particularly in the bottom section. The toolbar and commands obstruct the view, requiring me to leave extra space at the bottom of my slides to ensure all content is visible.
