**What do you like best about 8x8 Communication APIs?**

Supposedly, 8x8 CPaaS solution is all about flexibility possibilities. Since I will capitalize on multiple communication channels such as SMS, voice calls, and chat, I can integrate my developed applications with ease. This saves time and frustration with it being possible to create personalized experiences of customers and to make communication easier across lots of different platforms.

**What do you dislike about 8x8 Communication APIs?**

Although 8x8 CPaaS has quite a lot of useful features, making it operational is not the most convenient task to do. The very beginning of my journey was a bit hard to walk through, so I spent an enormous amount of my time listening to the descriptions and explanations of the platform and how it can work and benefit my apps.

**What problems is 8x8 Communication APIs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the starting stage, we faced some impediments that hampered the communication between us and our customers. However, 8x8 CPaaS overcame all these challenges which have eventually led to effective communication between our customers and us. It provides for instant updates, fast personalized interactions and a very uniform experience for my clients. This is one of the attributes which have enabled us to increase consumer satisfaction.

Can communicate very effectively and get past many obstacles.

Customer service takes awhile to answer but once they do the issue is resolved.

Dropped calls for some reason became an issue.

It's a little difficult to navigate the platform and sign up initially

lets me chat with clients through sms and messaging. Helps keep constant contact with leads . Less of my time being used
