Implementation of data is straightforward as 7Bridges quickly understands our data and their back-end team utilizes their technology to make presentable visuals, presented via an online portal that's easily accessible, view and offers the ability to customize. **What do you dislike about IFS.ai Logistics?** As this is a data-driven platform, it's important to have the required information in the right format to best integrate all the features and simulations. Without the right uniform format across all the vendors' reports, it could limit the depth of data analysis the platform deserves and is able to offer. **What problems is IFS.ai Logistics solving and how is that benefiting you?** 7Bridges presents data analysis quickly in usable reports that's as close to live data as data are gathered and integrated. We used simulations to determine the impact of changing things in our network, which gave us much more powerful analytical capabilities. We were then able to apply operational changes much more easily by editing constraints in the platform (which we used to book shipments); previously we would have to do a lot of training and wait for IT. 7bridges software helped us make much quicker, informed decisions and give us control over our supply chain in an intuitive platform. **What do you dislike about IFS.ai Logistics?** There are some features/functionality that we thought would be already available, e.g. ability to optimise for consolidation, which weren’t. However 7bridges were good at recognising gaps, listening to needs and developing solutions. The implementation was slower than originally proposed, however we still rolled out the software much faster than other software implementations. **What problems is IFS.ai Logistics solving and how is that benefiting you?** 7bridges is enabling us to improve our supply chain much quicker, as we’re not reliant on IT. With the visibility of all data in once place and the ability to ask ‘what if’ questions, we’re able to make better and quicker decisions and then realise those benefits faster (e.g. using new carriers, changing things operationally). It means that we have more control over our supply chain, helping us achieve our cost and performance targets. ### 3. Creating resilience at critical times with simplified processes and flows that complement your team's SOPs. Ease of use is part of the ethos, the UI has been built to keep the number of steps down. We have a range of use cases from frequent warehouse users on a daily basis, through to analysts to audit invoices. Our initial integration took just 10 days, more advanced features were added working in collaboration with the team. Backed up by great customer support, our warehouse operatives can easily reach out to the 7bridges team if they have any shipping-related questions. **What do you dislike about IFS.ai Logistics?** It's reducing knowledge, as people can click and forget. This is a double-edged sword as people rely on the features more. Team size, they are growing year on year but being able to get new features out to market quicker would always be a plus point for customers. We would prefer more API features, leveraging the power of their technology to make things seamless which would improve the efficiency of our integration and work processes. **What problems is IFS.ai Logistics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We dispatch high-value items in varying sizes both domestically and across borders. As carriers constantly introduce new shipping methods and with changes in border regulations, leveraging all available options significantly enhances our ability to operate on a just-in-time model. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about IFS.ai Logistics?** The software from 7bridges enhanced our understanding of carrier costs and performance at a detailed level, empowering us with the ability to make choices based on solid data. Through simulations, we could assess the effects of modifications within our network as well as see optimisation recommendations. This helped us run a robust procurement exercise that provided much better outcomes than we’ve ever seen before It’s also easy to use and didn’t require IT setup which was a big plus. We’re now expanding to use 7Bridges to automate our dispatch processes across multiple locations and geographies and the process has been seamless. **What do you dislike about IFS.ai Logistics?** The overall functionality is great but I had to zoom out to see everything as I have small screen. This is easy enough though and gives me a wider field of view. **What problems is IFS.ai Logistics solving and how is that benefiting you?** 7bridges helps us get control of our supply chain and logistics costs and performance. The customer experience and support team have been by our side walking us through the start of our journey, but also support on the next steps in our digital journey. From the customization phase, to the "go-live", the overall implementation was relatively seamless. Our journey began simply by creating a baseline for logistic spend, considering our previous method of data collation and analysis was purely analog/manual in nature. In addition, the auditing part of the solution makes it possible to have a full audit of all your shipment invoices, automating the claim process. Very painless implementation coupled with a user-friendly platform allows your company to quickly benefit from the system, which results in visible cost savings and rapid return on investment. **What do you dislike about IFS.ai Logistics?** Still looking for something negative or a weakness to the solution. Some might argue that it should integrate an OMS to be even more beneficial for ECommerce business, but it is not the Core Business of 7Bridges. **What problems is IFS.ai Logistics solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main issues at implementation time were linked to the Online Business and usage of express carrier services: - How could we be sure that all SLAs were respected and, if not, that all claims were logged in? - How could we make sure to have the most cost-effective option and, at the same time, deliver as fast as possible to the end customer? - How could we implement "direct-from-store" shipments for the ECommerce, removing "guess-work" from store employees? - How could we ship "export" from the stores (resolving the issue of generating export documents)? ### 10.
