Some user interface and quality of life issues, such as timesheet pop-up windows for text that interfere with you clicking on a field to edit hours. It keeps popping up over the field and sometimes becomes near impossible to make changes. User Interface testing and how pop-ups affect access to fields should be done. What do you dislike about 4castplus?

It is impossible to track open purchase orders or to customize reports down to the detail that we require. There needs to be a way to review open orders without having to go into each project. It is also extremely inefficient to have to grant access one project at a time instead of per role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For reporting on purchase orders across multiple projects, 4castplus includes several reporting options. The Business Analysis area provides cross-project procurement reporting, and the Project Manager Dashboard offers roll-up reports that consolidate procurement information across projects. With these tools, you can report on purchase orders without having to open each project individually.

Thank you for your feedback. The most effective way to allocate a single entry across multiple invoices is to split the receipt accordingly. Once the receipt has been divided into separate entries, each portion can then be invoiced individually, allowing for accurate and flexible billing management.

The ability to prevent users from approving their own timesheets or purchase orders in 4castplus is an intentional built-in financial control known as “Segregation of Duties” (SOD). This control is designed to support strong governance practices by helping reduce the risk of fraud, errors, and security issues.

"Hard to Find the Login Page—Timesheet Entry Needs to Be Simpler"

I am able to enter time for many projects and many staff members in a relatively simple way, although it could be simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I struggle with the basics, such as finding the login page. For some reason this simple task is an issue everytime I am required to enter time, as a google search for the website leads me to the sales pages, but not the timesheet login page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
