The software really helps us to manage our member relationships. We have an almost 360-degree view of our members' entire relationship. With all businesses its important to keep proper records of customer opportunities, 360 View CRM makes that easier. Having proper records in 360 view kept me aware of ways to be able to upsell and offer options that I may not have thought of on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
