I have at times waited for 1-2 months. **What problems is QualBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Product designer- it helps be curate my research - first hand and second hand. On top of that- the AI features have made the analysis of the research much more simpler. I can run prompts in the app instead of taking my data else where such as ChatGPT, CLAUDE. ### 2. The support staff with Qualboard is with you from start to finish, creating a huge time-saving benefit when it comes to programming and keeping respondents engaged and up-to-date with their activities. My PM has always been proactive with updates and offers solutions if we are encountering roadblocks with engagement. They are willing to work through the board objectives with you to ensure you design your guide in a way that will be most effective and user-friendly for respondents. The platform is super intuitive and easy to learn. **What do you dislike about QualBoard?** From an analysis standpoint, it would be helpful if you could filter by multiple tags (e.g. males AND age 18-25) - Right now, my understanding is that filtering by those tags would include ALL males and ALL respondents ages 18-25. The reporting feature is also a little clunky, but could be easily improved by the ability to filter for more tags. I've also seen other apps / programs that have started to use AI analysis to help summarize findings and would love to see that feature come to life on Qualboard. Would also be helpful to have a feature that could export the charts directly into powerpoint or excel. NOTE: Some of these features may be available and i'm unaware, but if that's the case, I think they should be highlighted better. **What problems is QualBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualboard offers an intuitive platform to run iHUT studies on - with little training, it's easy to dive in, edit your boards and see the results. ### 3. The controls for the board are mostly intuitive. QualBoard does its job. There are numerous ways to receive respondent feedback. I really like the ability to clip sections of respondent videos. **What do you dislike about QualBoard?** The tools for moderating discussion boards can be clunky. Sometimes the filtering does not work correctly. I have to enter a separate screen to download repsondent images/videos rather than being able to download right from where I'm viewing them. The overall look is quite dated. **What problems is QualBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a platform for me to receive asynchronous feedback from respondents. I can receive text, video, photo, and quant like feedback from respondents. This allows me to best serve my clients. ### 6. You can edit questions easily and respondents can upload and use different media. **What do you dislike about QualBoard?** It’s very clunky. Can’t get all the survey responses downloaded separately from the bulletin board. It’s very manual. Customer service says that they’re working on more easily downloaded dashboards and reporting but it’s not looking promising. The project manager I had was awful. **Recommendations to others considering QualBoard:** Make sure that you double Check everything. Even spell checking. There have been so many human errors from programming and even recruiting that was very disappointing. **What problems is QualBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** New product concept test. I realized that I could probably help 2020 fix their issues. Lol. ### 11. The services are well-defined and easy to use. Customer service is also great and easy to get ahold of. To participate, the process is easy and gives you an in-person and online option to make extra money. **What do you dislike about QualBoard?** The website is quite difficult to navigate and many of their online webinars glitch out. They have experienced quite a few technical difficulties that make their services hard to use. **Recommendations to others considering QualBoard:** Consider exactly what you are using this company for and fully look through their services before making your decision. **What problems is QualBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** 2020 has provided several types of research to use to test our products. 2020 sends the results in an easy to read format that we can extract data from easily. This information has made it easy for us to make changes to our software for a better to read interface. ### 12. I've used it as both a surveyer and surveyee and I prefer it from the surveyer standpoint. It's simple to use and you get respondents quickly. When you need medium-to-high quality feedback and you've got the budget, this is a good place to go to pick up some respondents. **What do you dislike about QualBoard?** As a surveyee, the reward is good if you get picked, but of course, you hardly ever get picked, so you're filling out a lot of screeners with no follow-ups. As a surveyer, people know that the rewards are good, and they can see through a lot of the screening questions, so sometimes you'll get ill-fitted respondents sneaking through the first screening (or the second). **What problems is QualBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've done user research and user testing for apps and SaaS with 20/20. ### 13.
