Still only a starter user. Ease of game design with Branded administrative platform are both attractive benefits.

**What do you dislike about 1Huddle?**

No real dislikes at this time. Did get stressed with timers to answer questions as I am a slow reader.

**Recommendations to others considering 1Huddle:**

I am still only a beginner client. I am interested in sharing experiences, best practices and learning with each other and with the 1Huddle team.

**What do you like best about 1Huddle?**

Our team loves using 1Huddle! This incredible training platform is a great way to sharpen skills and keep team members engaged (especially as we're working from home during COVID-19). It's very straightforward to use and it's a blast to play! The customer service team is the best as well. They are always there to answer questions and getting things setup. It's a breeze!

**What do you dislike about 1Huddle?**

Nothing comes to mind. They are on it!!!

**What problems is 1Huddle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes training fun and easy to use for our team members. Best of both worlds.

**What do you like best about 1Huddle?**

Fun, interactive way to train our sales staff (of all levels). Superstar customer service team that assists with set-up, training/onboarding. We find the platform to be extremely interactive, easy-to-consume content, and sets the foundation company product knowledge. 1Huddle continues to be a major part of our sales team's development.

**What do you dislike about 1Huddle?**

The administrator web page has all the tools to navigate & create games for my team. My one piece of feedback is structure; perhaps placement of tools/assets can be rearranged .

**What problems is 1Huddle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product knowledge, structure/process, sales training. The repetition of information is beyond beneficial for our sales staff..
