I love its offline mode. And as a manager it's Real-Time Field Intelligence using the Live Dashboard that provides Geo-fencing & GPS Tracking and Instant reports. I love the SaaS advantage.

Well, it does have a heavy battery consumptionand during the learning curve you can get easily overwhelmed, but if you stay focused and use your available resources and get used to it you'll get there

The "Paper Trail" Nightmare (Manual Admin)
The Problem: Reps spending 2 hours every evening typing up reports or sending WhatsApp photos that get lost in the chat history.

The Solution: Instant Digital Forms and automated syncing. Data is captured during the visit and sent to the dashboard immediately.

The real-time location tracking and easy attendance management. The mobile interface is straightforward and very user-friendly for field representatives.

The mobile app can drain phone batteries quite quickly, and syncing data when switching out of offline mode can occasionally lag or take a while.

**What do you like best about 1Channel?**

One of the most impressive features of Assistive is its ability to provide real-time visibility of salesperson activities. As a B2B company with large and geographically dispersed sales teams, we often struggled with the challenge of gaining immediate insights into their activities and performance. This lack of visibility frequently resulted in missed opportunities and ineffective sales strategies. However, after one of our sales executives suggested incorporating a CRM software into our operations, I researched and discovered Assistive. The fact that we could initially use the application free for up to 5 users per month gave me the opportunity to try it out, and I was convinced that it was the solution we needed to improve our inefficiencies. 

What sets Assistive apart is its advanced features, such as assist, which leverages machine learning, peer analysis, and context and location awareness to guide salespersons in performing the right activities for the right deals at the right time. This feature has become an essential daily requirement for our sales team, ensuring they stay on track and pursue lucrative opportunities effectively.

In terms of dislikes, there is very little to complain about when it comes to Assistive. The application has proven to be so reliable and effective that it has eliminated the need for us to seek out any additional solutions or alternatives.

**What do you like best about 1Channel?**

We were searching for the right CRM tool for our sales reps, as our leads were scattered across multiple channels. Our team was less productive due to missing follow-ups and wasting time on repetitive tasks. I heard about Assistive CRM from my friend and thought of trying it as it is free for 5 users. We tried it free for a month and found out that the tool is extraordinary and worked well for our business, now we can monitor our sales team performance and track where our business is heading. Assistive mobile app gives prompt notifications of all the tasks required to be completed in a day. I can say that it has streamlined our sales process and grow our business revenue.

As a B2B company, we used to often face large and geographically dispersed sales teams, which can make it difficult for the managers to get real time visibility to their activities and performance which usually lead to missed opportunities and ineffective sales strategies. One of my executives in sales team notified me about using a CRM Software into our operations, so I researched and found about assistive and after using the application free for 5 users a month I was sure that it is the only solution to improve our inefficiencies. With features like assist, which uses machine learning, peer analysis, context and location awareness to help do the right activities for the right deals at the right time, it has become our salesperson’s daily requirement.

Nothing in this application ever required us to bother anymore.

I can track progress of each lead in the system efficiently, monitor field efficiency and their working hours. Also, the mobile dashboard has everything that I need, like I can pull out analytical reports, check the productivity of my team and check follow-ups. Dedicated SPOC & Less turnaround time. Working with Channelplay has helped us in using a cost-effective tool at a mass level. With edge over selecting from various available report formats and engaging dashboards. Working in a startup requires things in quick turnaround time, Sakshi and the team have helped us in getting the tool developed in a such short time and taking maximum benefit from it. 

We are able to capture daily visit details, new leads generated, and coverage of the sales team with daily merchandising activities all in 1 tool in simple and less complex, easy-to-use dashboards.

Nothing to dislike, getting customised reports do take time initially. But once ready they solve the purpose and are fully worth the wait. As the data captured and showcased is clear and lot of required actions can be taken accordingly.

The best part about the application is the simple UI, I can easily make my team understand the flows. The dashboards build helpful and provide my on-the-go information, I can kick start my meetings with a glimpse of the same and save a lot of time.

I face sometimes issues, because of connectivity, but I came to know it can use applications offline, and the rest is fine with me.

I like the in-built report builder, as I my-self can generate and save the custom reports as and when required, this actually comes handy, and the interface of the CRM is also good.

Like sometimes I am unable to fetch the reports it takes some time.

there are sometimes when i feel my reports are not having enough data which is getting pushed by users, but their helpdesk team always gives me suggestions to get those data as well which was not there in the report due to sync disconnection
