1Channel Expense Management Software Reviews & Product Details

1Channel Expense Management Software replaces paper receipts and email approvals for distributed field teams. Admins create expense heads such as Travel, Fuel, Meals, Accommodation, Communication and Daily Allowance, and set claim limits, mandatory receipt thresholds and approval levels for each. Employees submit claims from the Android or iOS app with an auto-generated request code and attach bills or receipts as photos or PDFs; offline drafts sync when the device reconnects. Claims are checked against policy at submission, small claims under a set threshold can auto-approve, and the rest route through the reporting hierarchy, with multi-level approval for high-value claims. Travel claims can be calculated from GPS-logged distance. Employees track status from Submitted to Disbursed, approved reimbursements sync with attendance closure for payroll, and reports break spend down by expense head, employee and period. Used by field sales, FMCG, pharma, logistics and service teams.
