You can chat, share a video, record the session. There's two "rooms" : a virtual meeting room, and a virtual conference room. I have used both, for different reasons. I love that you don't have anything to download, you just send a link and they can enter the room. There's a call log in the dashboard that shows all the activity for your rooms. I also love that I can choose my availability and still take calls if I want during unavailable times. **What do you dislike about 11Sight?** I wish that I could make a more branded experience, but you can add your own logo and background, so it's not a huge deal. **What problems is 11Sight solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been using Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, pretty much any platform I can to host my meetings and sessions but I found that some of my clients don't have, or want to download these programs. They felt it was a hassle to get into certain meeting rooms. With 11Sight, there's no learning curve. Everything is very intuitive and easy to access. You can see signal strength so you know if the connection is working well. I had a call drop (their phone died!), but the client was able to get back in immediately with no waiting for the ID or password, just refresh the link and you can sign back in! We were able to reconnect without any issues. There is no need for a phone number. A link is provided for activation and when clicked, the conference commences. Ease of use is very much commendable. **What do you dislike about 11Sight?** There could be a potential lag between audio and video owing to network. However, the tool may not be the true culprit at these times. Having gotten used to phone numbers based dialing system for other videoconferencing tools, the phone number less feature may not be liked by all. Worthwhile considering the pricing aspects before finalizing it. There are many videoconferencing tools that are out in the market. The way that the software works and how easily it functions is the real magic here. **What do you dislike about 11Sight?** There really aren't many things that I am able to list here because I enjoy the product. I will say that, like any other video software, this program can really suck up quite a bit of your computer's bandwidth. There have been a few random times where I see that I have missed a call/opportunity. I'm not exactly sure what causes this but it can get a little upsetting when I know that I was available for a call at the time of the missed call/opportunity. **Recommendations to others considering 11Sight:** When shopping around for different products that you are going to consider using, always ask if there is a free trial available.
