**What do you like best about 10 Ton Design?**

Service and communication is the best I've seen.

**What do you dislike about 10 Ton Design?**

Wish we had a company to take us from year 3 to 4 or from year 5 to 6 the way they handle the business design for the first year.

**Recommendations to others considering 10 Ton Design:**

If you are having any issues or blind spots in your first few years of business I would highly recommend this team. I have seen first hand how they focus simultaniously on growth and loss prevention with their recommendations.

**What problems is 10 Ton Design solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vendor relations, Technology solution and integration specifically website related help. The time to research and vest vendors and technology is mind boggling and the 10ton team just knows side of business. CRM, phone systems, automation, they just have answers regarding all aspects and have saved time and money for the business. They have helped after year 1 and continue to help even though they show on the website it isn't something they do.
