Everyone from the cleaner right up to the head of Site knows exactly how they contribute to the overall performance of the site. We love the visual representation of progress through the colour-coded percentage dials that move round instantly when someone completes something and logs their progress. **What do you dislike about 1-3-5® OKR Software?** Initially the plans didn't link together, making some delegation work slightly clunky, however, we talked through our requirements with the guys at Reclaro and their development team made a series of product enhancements which enabled all our OKR plans to all link together though delegations. This dramatically increased the value the software provides to our business. **What problems is 1-3-5® OKR Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us the ability to cascade our objectives across all teams very effectively and then visualise how people are performing towards them. It's the management of performance that helps us focus and achieve more in less time. We’ve improved our processes, saving time and becoming more streamlined in our approach to everything we do. We can now move forward at a faster pace than before. ### 2. The system is easy to navigate and log progress as we complete milestones and move forward. **What do you dislike about 1-3-5® OKR Software?** Nothing really, the Reclaro team are very responsive to any support queries we raise and are willing to go above and beyond to help us achieve our objectives. **What problems is 1-3-5® OKR Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a company, we’ve become more a lot more productive and are achieving results faster than ever before. We are all pulling in the same direction and can easily see where we’re up to with everything on the dashboard and via the progress percentage dials. It has made our internal processes much more efficient and effective as we now have one centralised place to keep this performance data. ### 3. The software really helps us communicate across a very diverse staff group of 370 people, ranging from cleaners to engineers and everyone in-between. The team love the performance dials and visual representation of progress, they can all see how their work makes a difference. We share plans with all staff each month and then I use this for my quarterly progress updates, the system really helps with 121’s when reviewing progress and allows us to recognise and celebrate our successes, as well as address any areas for development. Finally, the system has made a huge difference to how we keep our key stakeholders and Board of Governors updated on progress, making that process much more accurate and streamlined with performance data available on demand. ### 4. It's the functionality of the platform, combined with the 1-3-5 concept that make it so powerful. **What do you dislike about 1-3-5® OKR Software?** Implementation can be challenging but this isn't a fault of the platform. It's very much one of those platforms where you get out what you put in, so go into it ready! **What problems is 1-3-5® OKR Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Focus, accountability and structure.
