As team of 200, the software really helps us achieve full enterprise alignment across all departments and helps us clarify what people should be working on to achieve our longer term vision. Everyone from the cleaner right up to the head of Site knows exactly how they contribute to the overall performance of the site. We love the visual representation of progress through the colour-coded percentage dials that move round instantly when someone completes something and logs their progress. Initially the plans didn't link together, making some delegation work slightly clunky, however, we talked through our requirements with the guys at Reclaro and their development team made a series of product enhancements which enabled all our OKR plans to all link together though delegations.
