Its very user friendly and really helps us all stay on track with the work that needs to be done to move things forward. The software really helps us communicate across a very diverse staff group of 370 people, ranging from cleaners to engineers and everyone in-between. As team of 200, the software really helps us achieve full enterprise alignment across all departments and helps us clarify what people should be working on to achieve our longer term vision. Everyone from the cleaner right up to the head of Site knows exactly how they contribute to the overall performance of the site. We love the visual representation of progress through the colour-coded percentage dials that move round instantly when someone completes something and logs their progress.
