We were forced to go to a 3rd party called OSIS that had no power to re-design or re-configure the software. When I asked why we couldn't just deal with NextGen directly, I was told that because we were an FQHC, we had to go through OSIS.

When compiling your financial information from EMA, do you export information into Excel to further retain data, do you enter the information into Microsoft Access in order to further compile data that EMA has in different reports or do you use another Business Intelligence software?
I can see paid claims from United Healthcare and Cigna. Why cant I see paid claims from Humana Medicaid or any of the medicaids? Is there a way to set that p so I can see them through Kareo?
