I use Upfirst as an AI receptionist to handle calls when I'm not available for my small business. I really liked the features and benefits Upfirst offers for the price. The AI receptionist from Upfirst efficiently answers calls, texts prospects, provides information about our business to callers, and transfers calls. It's really helpful when Upfirst can text callers a scheduling link so they can pick a date and time to make an appointment with us. It's also great that Upfirst can transfer callers to a specific employee that we've programmed and shares a lot of information with callers, taking care of much of their needs. The initial knowledge training was less than intuitive. I didn't expect the AI to need some of the basic conversational guidelines and etiquette that were necessary to help calls progress smoothly.
