<p>Connecteam et Staffbase seraient certainement mes deux recommandations. Connecteam est fantastique si votre main-d'œuvre est principalement à distance, mobile ou sans bureau ; il regroupe la planification, les tâches, la communication et la formation dans une application facile à utiliser. Staffbase brille si vous recherchez une plateforme de communication interne plus structurée qui fonctionne bien avec les systèmes intranet existants et aide à stimuler l'engagement organisationnel. J'ai également entendu de très bons retours sur Workvivo pour renforcer le sentiment de communauté avec son aspect similaire aux réseaux sociaux, donc si l'engagement et le développement de la culture sont des objectifs clés, cela pourrait être un solide troisième choix.</p>

Ma liste actuelle de logiciels est ci-dessus, mais devrais-je également envisager des plateformes de communication pour employés gratuites ? https://www.g2.com/categories/employee-communications/free

Ce serait bien d'essayer certaines fonctionnalités avant de s'engager à acheter, mais je sais qu'elles sont souvent limitées pour les produits gratuits. Faites-moi savoir ce que vous en pensez !
