**¿Qué es lo que más le gusta de Mantle?**

Internal communications is improved and updated quickly without the need for lengthy team-meetings. Stakeholder management is also improved, affording the ability to track colleague's engagement with a specific individual and the frequency of the engagement, linking to organisational priorities.

**¿Qué es lo que no le gusta de Mantle?**

Can be an initial learning process to up-skill staff to use the system, however the time investment is worthwhile as the system is very intuitive.

**Recomendaciones a otros que estén considerando Mantle:**

Works exceptionally well for not-for-profits and those looking at CRM's without a commercial focus. Team has to buy into the system as it works best when all data is added, not just parts of engagements.

**¿Qué problemas resuelve Mantle y cómo le beneficia eso?**

Being able to seamlessly manage our relationships with stakeholders; meaning staff only have to log an activity once to both update colleagues and for us to manage our relationships as an organisation. We are also beginning to learn how the impact of our engagements with organisations is having an impact on our objective through the reporting suite.
