What do you like best about Force24?

Force24 is a Marketing Automation Platform, that enables you to deliver an integrated Sales & Marketing tech that enables both functions through current and prospective contacts seamlessly.

Integrating Force24 into your Websites, is a simple but effective process, with online support on hand to help and guide you through the process. One of the many perks of Force24 who offer unlimited training......

The cost to implement Force24 across a group of 10 businesses, integrating multiple websites and managing over100,000 contacts was simple. The platform provides a 360% view of customers engaging with businesses who operate in silos.

Force24 also built an API between the platform and an ERP used by a few of the businesses making sure we only have one version of the truth when it comes to customer data

The process of developing Emails whether from form captures, or to drive engagement or leads is simple. It does require human intervention to design the emails, although there are some useful tools within the platform.

The platform integrates directly with your Google Ads Accounts, seamlessly with Aps such as Teams, LinkedIn etc, it has an AI chatbot which can be annoying when you are use to the high quality human base service - but they are there in a few minutes.

The integrating reporting functionality to monitor email performance is good, the AI Plug in to review your emails drives value and giving your sales teams access to a Sales View of the platform can encourage curious sales professionals to be empowered through data and lead scores Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Force24?

I find some of the usability in Force24 to be good. The campaign builder is straightforward and vital for our marketing communications, letting me easily message segments of the audience with one-off messages. It's very easy to work through when sending these types of emails. Even though the email builder has a few quirks, it's manageable to use. I appreciate the ability to segment our audience and rely on automations, helping us deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. What do you dislike about Force24?

The campaign builder could do with optimization, especially the ability to select a segment and exclude from a send, which would be really helpful. The email builder can be unresponsive and sometimes needs several reloads to work properly. The contacts section is annoying; it's tough to make changes or duplicate once a segment is created, despite it being great for identifying a subset of people. The contacts search is difficult, particularly when using time frames on custom objects, as the wording can lead to misinterpretation, like with 'on or after x time.' What do you dislike about Force24?

Only being able to upload new contact lists one at a time is a bit lengthy. The new AI Emails score asks you to correct something, and once you've done that, it finds something else to correct that wasn't there before. What do you like best about Force24?

I use Force24 to plan and run our marketing campaigns from one platform, and it helps automate emails and customer journeys based on user behavior. I like how Force24 solves the issue of managing campaigns across different channels separately and removes a lot of manual follow-up by automating customer journeys. What I like most about Force24 is how easy it is to build automated customer journeys without much technical effort, and the interface feels clean and simple compared to many other marketing tools. I also appreciate that the initial setup was mostly smooth, and basic tasks like importing contacts and setting up email campaigns were straightforward. What do you dislike about Force24?

What do you dislike about Force24?

Although Force24 is very helpful, some advanced features take time to understand, especially for new users.
