"Easy-to-Learn Asset Management That Keeps Everything in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress has become an integral asset management solution for us. Our team use it constantly. It's easy to use, easy to learn and solved our issues of storing assets in multiple locations with many duplicates. With Stockpress it is all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

The tagging is kind of clunky and slow. If you create a new tag, there is a lag before it shows up so you might try again and then it flags it already exists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. Hearing that Stockpress has become your team's "go to" for assets is exactly what we hope to achieve.

Your description of where things were before Stockpress will probably sound familiar to a lot of teams — assets spread across Dropbox, Google Drive, company networks and individual computers, with multiple copies and duplicated work as a result. Bringing all of that content into one place doesn't just make assets easier to find; it means everyone can work from the same source, whether an asset has just arrived from a client or has been updated by your team.

We're especially pleased to hear that Stockpress has been easy to learn and has become something your team uses constantly. We believe Digital Asset Management should make people's working lives simpler, without introducing another complicated system that requires extensive training.

We really appreciate the feedback on tagging too. The lag you're describing when creating a new tag isn't the experience we want, and feedback like this helps us identify the small points of friction that can make a big difference when you're working with content every day. We're continually working to make organizing and tagging assets faster and more seamless.

Thank you again for choosing Stockpress and for taking the time to share your experience. It's fantastic to know we've helped turn what was once content spread across multiple locations into one reliable place for your team to find and manage everything.

What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress has enabled our company to effectively manage our digital assets without the insane overhead. It accommodates for companies at different sizes, in a digital sense. Some companies will require more digital assets than others whether it be because of their size, expertise, or because of their industry. We feel as if Stockpress hit the nail on the head with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

The only thing I could say is that UI could be a bit more modern or futuristic. It's not outdated by any means but when comparing this platform amongst others, I do think this area can get better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Stockpress. We particularly enjoyed your comment that we've "hit the nail on the head" — that's always lovely to hear!

You've touched on something that's been central to Stockpress from the very beginning. Every organization has different content management needs, and those needs aren't necessarily dictated by the size of the business. We believe Digital Asset Management should be flexible enough to accommodate those differences, without introducing unnecessary complexity or overhead.

It's fantastic to hear that Stockpress is delivering exactly what your team needs: one reliable place to store, organize, and find your digital assets, without making the process more complicated than it needs to be.

We appreciate your thoughts on the UI too. Finding the right balance between a modern, polished experience and something that's genuinely intuitive to use is always important to us. We're continually refining the platform's design and usability, so it's helpful to hear where you feel there's room for improvement.

Thank you again for choosing Stockpress and sharing your feedback. We're delighted that the platform is working so well for your team, and we look forward to continuing to make it even better!

"Easy-to-Use Digital Asset Management at a Fair Price"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

We use Stockpress to organize digital assets across our four companies. It keeps everything nice and organized in one place, so our team can find the assets they need without searching through multiple folders. We can tag assets and set them to expire so we don’t get stuck with outdated files. We also like being able to set access by user and user group, so people only see the assets they need. The pricing feels fair, with a good set of features for the price. When I need support, I can reach someone who understands the problem and can fix it, without going through multiple layers. Stockpress works really well with our Adobe subscription, including Photoshop and Lightroom, and setup was very easy. It feels like it works well across the board and has the features we need for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

nothing I can think of at the moment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Managing digital assets across four companies and 45 people is no small task, so it's fantastic to hear that Stockpress has become a reliable home for all your content!

You've highlighted several things that we believe make a real difference to everyday content management: being able to find what you need quickly, keeping outdated assets out of circulation, and making sure the right people have access to the right files. It's great to know that Collections, tagging, expiration dates, and user permissions are all helping your team stay organized.

We're also really pleased to hear that Stockpress is working well alongside your Adobe tools. We know how important it is for creative teams to be able to work with the applications they already use, rather than having to change their workflows to accommodate another platform.

Your comments about our support team mean a great deal too. We've always believed that getting help should be straightforward, and that when you have a question, you should be able to speak with someone who understands both the product and the problem you're trying to solve. We're a small team, and being accessible and responsive to our customers is something we take a lot of pride in.

Finally, thank you for recognizing the value we're working to deliver. Our goal has always been to offer genuinely capable Digital Asset Management at a fair price, without unnecessary complexity or per-user fees.

We really appreciate you choosing Stockpress and taking the time to share such a detailed review. It's lovely to know we're helping all four of your businesses keep their content organized, accessible, and ready to use!

"Easy Migration to Stockpress with a Straightforward UI and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress was easy for us to migrate to from ResourceSpace. My whole organization is on it now, and everyone loves using it. In the DAM space, Stockpress has been the best fit for us. The UI is straightforward to navigate, and onboarding was a breeze thanks to the support they provide. From a pricing standpoint, it made more sense for us to move to Stockpress than to manage our own cloud servers for RS. So far, we haven’t run into any performance issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. I just hope they don’t raise their prices as they grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

We're particularly pleased to hear that the migration from ResourceSpace was straightforward and that adoption across your organization went so smoothly. Moving to a new DAM can sometimes feel like a daunting project, so hearing that onboarding was easy and that your whole team has embraced the platform is incredibly rewarding.

It's also great to hear that the combination of a straightforward user experience, responsive support, and pricing that made sense for your organization helped make Stockpress the right fit. We believe DAM should be accessible and easy to adopt, and it's encouraging to know that approach resonated with your team.

We're glad the duplication detection has proven valuable as well. As content libraries grow, maintaining a clean and organized asset library becomes increasingly important, and helping teams reduce duplication is a big part of that.

What stood out most, though, was your point about sharing. Whether it's internal teams or external stakeholders, making it easy for the right people to access the right content is one of the most important jobs a DAM can do, and we're delighted to hear Stockpress is helping make that process easier for your organization.

And regarding pricing, our philosophy has always been to build a platform that teams can adopt broadly without worrying about user-based licensing getting in the way. That's a big part of why unlimited users remains such an important part of what we do.

Thank you again for the review, and for trusting Stockpress with your organization's content. We really appreciate your support.

"Game Changer for Designers"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress is incredibly easy to use, and their UI is beautiful. Our design team used Google Drive to store all of our stock images before Stockpress. Searching through hundreds of images was a pain, but hey, it was free. Now that we have Stockpress, we will never go back! The auto-tagging, image search and filters is unmatched. What used to be minutes of endless scrolling to find the perfect stock image is now seconds. Our second favorite feature is the ability to export images in other formats *jpg, png, webp) and set preset download sizes. Not having download an image and then open up Photoshop also saves a vast amount of time. The time-back that Stockpress has given us allows us to focus more on our clients and creative work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

I honestly don't see a downside to Stockpress. One little quirk is when you export an image as a different format, the image name includes the old extension. For example: brooklyn-sunset-park-row-houses-street-view.jpg.webp. Changing the filename is still faster than converting the image on my own. The fact that I had to nitpick to find something tells you how wonderful Stockpress is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review. Hearing that your team "will never go back" after moving from Google Drive is incredibly rewarding.

One of the reasons we built Stockpress was because we knew creative teams were spending far too much time searching for content instead of creating it. Whether it's AI-powered tagging, visual search, filters, or searching across filenames, descriptions, and metadata, our goal has always been to help teams find the right asset in seconds rather than minutes.

We're also delighted to hear how much value you're getting from image format conversion and preset download sizes. It's one of those features that quietly removes repetitive steps from a designer's day, and it's great to know it's saving your team from constantly jumping into Photoshop for simple export tasks. Every small workflow improvement adds up, and giving creative teams more time to focus on their work is exactly what we hope to achieve.

Thank you as well for pointing out the filename quirk when exporting in a different format. That's a really helpful observation, and it's the kind of refinement we love to make. We appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Most of all, we're thrilled that Stockpress is helping your designers spend less time managing files and more time creating great work for your clients. That's exactly why we built it, and we're grateful you've chosen Stockpress as your Digital Asset Management platform.

"Intuitive, easy to use, super customizable platform with incredibly responsive customer service team."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

The user experience is very smooth and easy to figure out without necessarily needing to dig into lots of help guides. I've also very much appreciated how quick-to-respond the team is to any questions I've had. They've also been super receptive for feedback for improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

No platform is 100% perfect and our company has a variety of needs that can end up conflicting somewhat when it comes to using Stockpress, so we've come across a few quirks in functionality or design that I would describe as mildly irksome at best, but nothing that would end up as a deal breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thanks for this great review! We're delighted to hear that Stockpress is helping bring your company's content together and making it easier for everyone to access and share the assets they need.

One of our biggest goals has always been to make Digital Asset Management genuinely easy to use, without requiring hours of training or digging through help guides. So hearing that you've found the platform intuitive and straightforward to navigate is particularly rewarding.

We're also really pleased that you've had such a positive experience with our team. Staying close to our customers, responding quickly, and listening to ideas for improvement are things we care a great deal about. We know every organization works a little differently, and that balancing different needs across a business isn't always straightforward.

We appreciate your honesty about the occasional quirks too! There's always room to improve, and feedback from customers who are actively using Stockpress across different workflows is incredibly valuable in helping us decide what to refine next.

Thank you again for choosing Stockpress and for the kind words about our team. We're really pleased to be helping your organization bring everyone together around one reliable place for its digital content, and we look forward to continuing to make the experience even better!

"As robust as we need, as simple as we need."
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

I'm in the marketing department of a building materials manufacturer, working closely with our sales team, vendors and customers. Stockpress is a very clean DAM. We were using a combination of SharePoint and Dropbox previously to share files internally and externally and it wwas a nigthmare. No one could find anything, so they would just ask me for files. It was half my day. Stockpress makes things easy to find with search and filters, easy to keep up to date, and importantly everything has a single source of truth. Our teams find sharing easy, and it reduces friction in finding images and documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

I really haven't seen any downsides yet. The team has been so responisve to help us with any issues. Sometimes it bugs out surfacing certain files, but when this happens I just refresh the tab and it pulls them up, no problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Half your day spent sending files is probably one of the clearest signs a team has outgrown shared drives.

Reading your description of life before Stockpress felt very familiar. The content existed, but nobody could find it, which meant every request eventually landed with the same person. Whether it was product photography, technical documentation, or brand assets, you became the search engine.

That's exactly the kind of friction we set out to eliminate.

It's great to hear that search, filters, and having a single source of truth are helping your teams, vendors, and customers find what they need without the back-and-forth. When content becomes self-service, everyone moves faster and the marketing team gets to spend more time on marketing instead of file retrieval.

Your point about keeping technical documentation up to date is an important one as well. For many organizations, a DAM isn't just about photos and videos. It's about ensuring that product information, sales materials, and brand resources are accurate, accessible, and easy to distribute.

We also appreciate the note about occasionally needing to refresh to surface certain files. Feedback like this is always valuable and helps us continue improving the platform.

Finally, your title sums up our philosophy perfectly: "As robust as we need, as simple as we need." We believe teams shouldn't have to choose between capability and usability. The best DAM is the one people actually use, and we're delighted to hear Stockpress has become that for your organization.

"We needed Stockpress!"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress was a very need upgrade to our small nonprofit's photo management process. We needed a platform that would make organizing and finding photos seamless, and we specifically needed facial recognition since we work with children and have strict consent regulations. A huge selling point was the unlimited users feature, and the fact that the platform is entirely cloud-based. The custom tags are exactly what we needed to stay organized, on top of the automatic AI tagging that also helps us find photos to fit each marketing need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

The filtering process can be a little confusing, but I appreciate that updates are constantly being pushed out and the team seems to respond really well to any needs that are brought up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that Stockpress has been such a welcome upgrade for your nonprofit.

You've highlighted something we care a great deal about: making powerful Digital Asset Management accessible to organizations of every size, without the complexity or cost that can sometimes come with it. Having unlimited users means everyone who needs access can be involved, without worrying about additional seat fees.

It's especially rewarding to hear how useful you're finding facial recognition, Custom Tags, and AI tagging. We understand that when you're working with photography involving children, being able to identify, organize, and locate the right images is particularly important, especially when there are consent requirements to consider. We're really pleased Stockpress is helping make that process easier for your team.

We appreciate your feedback about filtering too. Making powerful features intuitive to use is something we're always working on, and it's lovely to hear you've noticed how responsive our team is to customer suggestions and improvements.

Thank you again for choosing Stockpress and for the important work you do. We're delighted to be helping your team spend less time searching for photos and videos, and more time putting that content to good use!

"User-friendly, reliable, and a huge time saver"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress has become our central hub for managing and sharing brand assets across our organization and franchise network. It's intuitive, easy to navigate, and makes it simple for our stores to always access the latest approved marketing materials. It has saved our marketing team a significant amount of time while helping us maintain brand consistency across hundreds of locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

I'd love to see more AI-powered search capabilities, such as finding assets based on visual similarities or more descriptive natural language searches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Maintaining brand consistency across a large franchise or multi-location network is no small task, so it's fantastic to hear Stockpress has become the central hub your teams rely on every day.

One of the biggest challenges for growing organizations is making sure everyone has access to the latest approved content, wherever they are. Whether it's marketing campaigns, promotional materials, or brand assets, having a single source of truth helps remove uncertainty and gives local teams the confidence to use the right content every time.

We're especially pleased to hear that Stockpress has become such a significant time saver for your marketing team. Our goal has always been to reduce the time spent searching for, updating, and distributing assets, so teams can focus more on creating great content and less on managing it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Knowing Stockpress is helping support brand consistency across hundreds of locations is something we're incredibly proud of, and we look forward to continuing to support your team as you grow.

"Makes my life simpler."
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

It is a central location I can easily house and share files, which is an important function of my role on a daily basis. I feel it offers better functionality and flexibility than something like a Dropbox and is more visually appealing and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

There is only one function I have encountered that isn't ideal, but it's a bit nitpicky. I watermark my photos and it forces you to choose one location, so if I want my watermark to appear on the bottom right in one photo, but top left for another, I can't edit that without changing it for all. Small detail :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

"Makes my life simpler" is exactly the kind of outcome we're hoping to deliver, so it's great to hear Stockpress is helping you manage and share assets more efficiently on a daily basis.

We're particularly pleased that you highlighted the balance between functionality and ease of use. Many teams come to Stockpress after outgrowing traditional file-sharing tools, and they're looking for something that provides more structure, better discoverability, and easier sharing without becoming complicated. It's great to know the platform is delivering that for your team.

We also appreciate the feedback on watermark positioning. While it's a relatively small part of the overall workflow, it's a thoughtful suggestion and exactly the kind of real-world feedback that helps us continue refining the platform.

What stood out most in your review was the scale of the sharing challenge you're solving. Supporting a large network of retailers can quickly become difficult when assets are being distributed manually. Having a single source of truth that can be updated once and shared broadly is one of the biggest advantages of a DAM, and it's great to hear Stockpress is helping simplify that process for your team.

Thank you again for the review and for trusting Stockpress with such an important part of your content workflow.
