Rebate management software creates and manages rebate programs for suppliers and business partners. A rebate is a form of incentive a supplier or manufacturer offers to its customers (retailers, wholesalers, etc.) when purchasing a minimum amount of products or reaching a specific purchasing target. Rebate management software helps track sales and purchases, calculate rebates, manage rebate payout, and record rebate agreements.

Rebate management software is usually deployed as a standalone product but can be integrated with CRM software or ERP systems. It feeds on enterprise systems for customer data sources and is designed to automate the manual, repetitive tasks in the rebate workflow.
