We've changed the setup and implementation process that's historically taken legacy ESPs between 4-12 months to migrate, and consolidated it to 30-90 days. This setup process is fundamental in driving time-to-value for our clients. Via your dedicated Client Experience team at Cordial, we'll collaboratively work with you to document and project manage each aspect of your implementation process, including discrete tasks, owners and deadlines. Depending on the nature of your implementation, we'll have daily or weekly stand-ups to review progress, dependencies and identify blockers. Additionally, a standard IP reputation ramp process can take 4-8 weeks depending on volume, engagement data and overall list health.
