TechSuite is a Windows-based computer repair automation platform that consolidates diagnostic, cleanup, malware-removal, maintenance, and software-deployment tools into a single technician workflow. It is used by computer repair shops, managed service providers (MSPs), and internal IT teams to standardize bench repair work and generate branded, customer-facing reports. The platform provides over 150 individual tools across six categories: diagnostics, cleanup, system maintenance, malware removal, network troubleshooting, and software installation. A technician selects the tools or procedures relevant to a job, runs them on the target machine, and TechSuite logs each action and compiles a report. Reports can be customized with the repair shop&#39;s branding and delivered to the customer or attached to a support ticket. TechSuite runs on the machine being repaired, either launched directly from a technician&#39;s bench or invoked from within an RMM scripting engine such as Syncro, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, Atera, Kaseya, Datto, or HaloPSA. TechSuite is not a remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform; it is the prebuilt library of repair and maintenance procedures that runs alongside or inside an RMM. A cloud dashboard provides shop-wide configuration, report storage, and procedure management. Key capabilities include: - Automated diagnostics, including blue screen crash analysis, hard drive SMART testing, device manager checks, battery health assessment, and Windows service audits. - Malware remediation through process inspection and a range of integrated scanning and removal tools, with customer-ready reporting. - Branded reporting, where each procedure produces a formatted report that can carry the repair shop&#39;s logo and be handed directly to the end customer. - RMM and PSA integration, with v2 integrations for Syncro and RepairShopr that push reports directly to tickets, and tools that can be scripted from any RMM with a script runner. - Software deployment and cleanup, covering silent installation and updating of more than 50 common Windows applications plus targeted removal of application data and system clutter. TechSuite was originally developed by RepairTech. In 2025, the product&#39;s original founding team reacquired TechSuite and now leads its development. The product receives regular updates, including new diagnostic tools, rebuilt Syncro and RepairShopr integrations, and a redesigned dashboard. TechSuite is offered as a per-technician subscription with a 14-day free trial. It supports Windows 7 through Windows 11 and Windows Server.
