AMPPS will install easily and most of the time work without a glitch.

**What do you dislike about AMPPS?**

If your changing php version often it may get stuck time to time.

**Recommendations to others considering AMPPS:**

For the beginners and or using lesser wamp stacks free or paid this is a recommendation indeed.

**What problems is AMPPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softaculous comes with a ton of opensource scripts neatly categorized and that will be easy to check demo pages on line before installing it.

**What do you like best about AMPPS?**

It is easy to install and configure for the novice or intermediate user. But advanced users can also perform complex tasks. 

**What do you dislike about AMPPS?**

Sometimes, when you restart Apache or MySQL, it loses connection with the anchored menu. So you have to restart the software. The main menu is not very friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering AMPPS:**

If you are a website developer this software is for you. It also brings a wonderful application installer. You can install hundreds of applications with just a few clicks. 

**What problems is AMPPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its great for testing websites before go live. You can do it locally and you do not waste time uploading files to FTP, until the website is completely ready.

**What do you like best about AMPPS?**

A great tool which works as a stack of MySQL, PHP, Apache, Python,etc. Can help us use a number on applications on a single platform. A local development can easily be setup on the website.

**What do you dislike about AMPPS?**

There is sometimes lag in page loads. Overall it is a great tool.

**What problems is AMPPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can load multiple versions of PHP.  Managing MySQL databases is as easy as maintaining in Excel.
