Its easy to integrate vyopta with third party tools. we can monitor applications, devices, network and make required changes when notice any glitch. which provide great customer experience. There are numerous filters available to set up monitoring and alerts. we can set up alerts as per our requirement and take proactive actions to keep the operations smooth. Customer support is great. They are easy to reach out and well versed with available technologies in the market and provide best support. It provides customized dashboards which are useful to isolate troubleshooting and making financial decisions. Vyopta provides basic training on their website and its easy to use their portals. (Vyopta Analytics, Vyopta Monitoring and Admin portal) **What do you dislike about HP WXP Collaboration?** There should be a option to choose te desired timezone. It shows default timezone where your collectors are deployed. Sometimes its difficult to conver the time. It can also provide central repository of your infrastructure/devices. which can be used for Asset management. **What problems is HP WXP Collaboration solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are monitoring our infrasctructure. We are using alerts to take proactive actions. We are using Dashboards to get the outer overlook and make financial decisions. We are using poor calls data to find out whats going wrong. It gives you idea about the direction you are moving and how can your Operations improve. ### 2. They take your feedback seriously and are always ready to help. **What do you dislike about HP WXP Collaboration?** It does not show the data for as long as MS Teams admin center. **What problems is HP WXP Collaboration solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vyopta dashboards are not capable of accessing older data which caused the user to go to MS teams to analyse the data. ### 3. It sends alarms to email. **What do you dislike about HP WXP Collaboration?** The disadvantages of using the Vyopta monitoring platform are that we still haven't managed to get Vyopta to automatically collect the endpoints; we are adding the devices manually. **What problems is HP WXP Collaboration solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the monitoring of Cisco video conferencing equipment for us since we have more than 200 devices, and it alerts us when we have a failure. ### 4. Did what we needed it to do! **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Mike G. | Media Producer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2016 **What do you like best about HP WXP Collaboration?** Vyopta was able to take a csv file and auto publish videos we recorded with our IP video system and automatically add them to our Cisco Show and Share playback environment. I believe Vyopta is going more towards the analytics side of video, so if you're looking for that type of service, I would definitely check them out and see if they have the functionality you are looking for. Vyopta's support was also very good. Our 2 project leads were very helpful and patient when working with us from the start of our project to the finish and even when we had issues after the completion of our project. **What do you dislike about HP WXP Collaboration?** Everything worked well from Vyopta, my only issue is using Cisco Show and Share as the end user playback environment. I would definitely ask about other playback softwares for your final videos. The backend worked perfectly...just not happy with our Cisco Show and Share software...which is now end of life. **Recommendations to others considering HP WXP Collaboration:** Just make sure you are happy with all parts of the final product. I wasn't happy with Cisco Show and Share...it was end of life and wasn't what I wanted for video play back at all.
