Kindful knows its customer organizations better than any other crowdsourcing platform ever could. We currently use Global Giving for our crowdsourcing events, yet pay an 8% total fee (meaning it's deducted from total revenue raised). Classy too charges these fees and isn't nearly as attractive for us (and an international NGO) as Global Giving. I would love to see Kindful develop its own platform for its users, perhaps in addition to Classy.
I have found that, when having them sent automatically, many donors do not receive theirs. Additionally, formatting the printed versions is incredibly confusing and I have not found an accurate tutorial of the process.
