Hi Cindy, I'm Patrick, a research analyst with G2, and would be happy to help you out. There doesn't appear to be any direct integration with Bloomerang. From what I can tell, data can be exported from the system as a CSV or Excel file and then imported into a donor management or CRM system. How many do I have to set up to make everything work correctly I would use this article: https://support.kindful.com/hc/en-us/articles/213553807-Creating-Email-Letter-Templates- When you create a campaign you need to setup an automatic email response using whatever template you have created. You only need one template if you want your response to be the same each time. But you must select that as your response for every campaign. We use multiple templates to send responses specific to the campaign they donated to.
