Digadop Help
Digadop Help delivers guidance and documentation inside Salesforce, matched to the page each user is on, so people get answers in context instead of leaving the app or filing a ticket. An admin installs the managed package from the Salesforce AppExchange, drops a Help button onto record pages, app pages, the utility bar, or communities, and a click shows only the articles that apply to that page. Content is written once in a web admin portal and reused across every Salesforce context it applies to, so one edit updates it everywhere. Formats include rich-text articles, videos with inline playback, documents and images, external links, section dividers, and quiz-style knowledge checks. Targeting is precise: by object, record type, profile, app, page, and interface (Lightning, Classic, or community), most-specific-first, so different users see different help on the same record. A browsable Help Center and full-text search are scoped to what each user may see. Every edit is archived with who and when, a "used on" view shows everywhere an item appears, and any article can be restored to a past version in one click. Publish and expire windows and a draft-to-published lifecycle let authors arrange help safely before it goes live. Cross-org promotion deploys content, layouts, files, and assignments from sandbox to production with a preview-then-deploy review and an item-by-item audit trail. Digadop Help is free for up to 20 users of Help, then as low as $2 per user per month for additional users, with community and multi-year discounts. Digadop counts the people who use Help, not the whole org, and nothing is billed automatically. Digadop Help is part of the Digadop product family from Stony Point, Inc.
