Actually enjoy onboarding now
Onboarding used to be a mix of Google Docs, Zoom calls, and “ask the person sitting next to you.” I like how easy it is to add interactive elements, not just boring PDFs, so people actually engage with the material. The automated progress tracking is a lifesaver; I can see who’s cruising through and who might need extra support.
